GRAH GRAHJimin's pov
The next morning, sunlight filtered through the curtains, casting a warm glow over the room. I woke up feeling refreshed and content, Minjeong still nestled in my arms, her soft breathing a comforting sound. For a moment, I just lay there, savoring the peace of the morning and the warmth of her presence.
Eventually, she stirred, blinking her eyes open and smiling when she saw me. "Good morning," she whispered, leaning in to give me a gentle kiss. "I have a surprise for you today."
"A surprise?" I asked, feeling a mixture of curiosity and excitement. "What kind of surprise?"
"You'll see," she said mysteriously, her smile widening. "Just get ready. We're going somewhere special."
Intrigued, I quickly got dressed, my mind racing with possibilities. Minjeong seemed excited, and her energy was contagious. We had breakfast together, a quick but delicious meal, and then she led me out of the house.
We walked hand in hand through the bustling city streets, the morning sun casting a warm glow over everything. Eventually, we arrived at a beautiful botanical garden, a place I had always loved for its peacefulness and beauty. Minjeong guided me to a secluded area, where it stood surrounded by blooming flowers.
Inside the place, a picnic was set up with all our favorite foods, and soft music played from a hidden speaker. It was perfect, like something out of a dream.
"Minjeong, this is amazing," I said, feeling overwhelmed by the effort she had put into this. "You did all this for me?"
"Of course," she said, taking my hands in hers. "I wanted to do something special for us. There's something I've been thinking about for a long time, and I wanted today to be perfect."
She took a deep breath, and I could see the emotion in her eyes. "Jimin, I love you more than anything in this world. You've been my rock, my partner, my best friend. I can't imagine my life without you. And I don't want to."
My heart started to race as she reached into her pocket and pulled out a small velvet box. She got down on one knee, her eyes never leaving mine.
"Jimin, will you marry me?" she asked, her voice steady but filled with emotion. "Will you spend the rest of your life with me, facing whatever comes our way, together?"
Tears filled my eyes as I looked at her, the love of my life, offering me a future together. "Yes, Minjeong," I said, my voice breaking with happiness. "Yes, I'll marry you."
(YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY)
She slipped the ring onto my finger, and I pulled her into a tight hug, both of us laughing and crying at the same time. The world around us seemed to fade away, leaving just the two of us in that perfect moment.
We sat down to enjoy the picnic, our hearts full of love and excitement for the future. We talked about our dreams and plans, about the life we wanted to build together. It felt like everything was falling into place, like we were exactly where we were meant to be.
As the day went on, we explored the botanical garden, taking in the beauty of the flowers and the tranquility of the surroundings. Every so often, we'd stop to steal a kiss or share a laugh, our hearts so full they felt like they might burst.
In the late afternoon, we found a quiet spot by a pond, the water reflecting the sky and the trees around it. We sat down on a bench, Minjeong resting her head on my shoulder.
"I can't believe we're getting married," I said, still feeling a bit dazed by the day's events. "It feels like a dream."
"It's the best kind of dream," Minjeong replied, her voice soft and full of love. "One that we get to live together, every single day."
