_Chapter 6: Secret Gardens_

Princess Loiuna's POV

The next day, I found myself wandering the academy's gardens, trying to clear my head. The royal ball had left me feeling confused and excited, all at once. I couldn't stop thinking about Damien, the way he smiled at me, the way our bodies moved together on the dance floor.

As I turned a corner, I stumbled upon a hidden path I hadn't noticed before. Curiosity got the better of me, and I decided to follow it. The path wound through a secret garden, filled with flowers and trees I'd never seen before.

Suddenly, I heard a voice behind me. "You shouldn't be here," it said.

I turned to see Damien standing there, looking handsome in his casual clothes. "I could say the same," I replied, smiling.

Damien grinned. "I come here to escape sometimes. It's my secret sanctuary."

I nodded, understanding. "I know the feeling."

We stood there for a moment, looking at each other. Then, without saying a word, Damien took my hand, and we walked deeper into the garden together.

As we strolled, the tension between us grew. I could feel Damien's eyes on me, burning with intensity. I knew then that I was in trouble. I was falling for him, hard.

But what about our families' feud? What about our royal duties?

I pushed the thoughts aside and let myself enjoy the moment. We were alone, together, in this secret garden. And that's all that mattered.

Meanwhile, Prince George was dealing with his own struggles. He had always felt suffocated by his royal responsibilities, and now, with the added pressure of the academy, he was feeling overwhelmed.

As he walked through the gardens, he stumbled upon Taha, Loiuna's friend, sitting on a bench, looking upset. "Hey, what's wrong?" George asked, sitting down beside her.

Taha sighed. "Just feeling a bit lost, I guess. I don't know if I'm cut out for this royal life."

George nodded, understanding. "I know how you feel. Sometimes I feel like I'm just going through the motions."

Taha looked at him, surprised. "Really?"

George nodded. "Yeah. But we have to stick together, for our families' sake."

Taha smiled, looking determined. "You're right. Let's do this, George."

As they sat there, Prince Xyriel appeared, looking concerned. "George, I need to talk to you about something," he said.

George stood up, feeling a sense of trepidation. What did Xyriel want to talk about?
