Speaking of Chi-Fu, he comes down the stairs in his tattered outfit whit his hat slightly burned yelling "That was a deliberate attempt on my life. Where is she? Now she's done it. What a mess.". Shang stepped in front of Mulan, while Ling and Yao stepped in front of her, while Chien-Po put his hands on her shoulders guiding her behind him far away from Chi-Fu. Jun stayed close to Hua as they were about to expose Chi-Fu for what he truly is, a spy.

Chi-Fu was right in front of the group saying "Stand aside! That creature's not worth protecting.". Shang got into Chi-Fu's face saying "She's a hero!", but Chi-Fu scoffed saying "'Tis a woman. She will never be worth anything.". Jun had to hold Hua back after Chi-Fu said that about her sister. A shocked Shang grabbed Chi-Fu by his shirt collar saying "Listen, you pompous--", but he never finished his thought when the Emperor walked down the stairs saying "That is enough!". The Emperor walked up to Shang who said "Your majesty, I can explain.".

The Emperor motions for Shang to stand aside. Shang and his men part giving the Emperor a clear path to Mulan. Mulan steps forward and bows before the Emperor. Chi Fu with a sinister look waits to write down the words of the Emperor. Hua was nervous for her sister but Jun stayed close to Hua to keep her safe. The Emperor said "I've heard a great deal about you, Fa Mulan. You stole your father's armor, ran away from home, impersonated a soldier, deceived your commanding officer, dishonored the Chinese army, destroyed my palace, AND...you have saved us all.". The Emperor bowed to Mulan, followed by Hua and Jun. Chi Fu looks at the Emperor actions astonishingly then immediately bows his head before Mulan. Shang, Yao, Ling, and Chien-Po follow suit. Mulan looks up then turns around hardly believing what she sees as the entire Chinese population within the palace grounds falls on the ground in a wave like pattern, bowing to her. Khan bows with Mushu and Cri-Kee on his back. Mushu was crying saying "My little baby's all grown up and saving China.". Mushu turns to Cri-Kee asking "You have a tissue?".

The Emperor turns to Chi-Fu saying "Chi-Fu". Chi-Fu walks over saying "Your Excellency?". "See that this woman is made a member of my council." the Emperor states to Chi-Fu. Chi-Fu was shocked at this statement and said "But there are no council positions open, your Majesty." smirking, while Hua wanted to punch Chi-Fu in the face but was held back by Jun. Before the Emperor could state that Mulan could have Chi-Fu's job, Hua and Jun walked over to Jun's Father. "Your Majesty, I'm Fa Hua. I am honored to meet my future father-in-law." Hua said to the Emperor bowing in respect. Chi-Fu was shocked to hear that Fa Hua was the Emperor's son's future wife. The Emperor smiled saying "Ah Jun, my son, I am so happy you are home safe and sound. Fa Hua it is wonderful to meet you.". Jun bowed to his father saying "Father, Hua and I have found that their is a spy in our mist during training and the same spy raped Hua in her tent. Captain Shang was honorable enough to let Hua stay in his tent and became an older brother figure to Hua. Hua also informed us of her suspicions that Solider Ping was her sister Mulan and informed us that her father Fa-Zhou was injured greatly in the last war and had no brothers or uncles to take his place. Later before we were called to the front lines Hua and I snuck into the spy's tent after seeing a falcon leave the tent days before. We found a note from Shan-Yu which revealed the spy in writing.". Chi-Fu was shocked that the boy he looked down on in distain was really his Emperor's son and that his secret was about to be exposed. The Emperor was shocked to hear that Hua was assaulted by a spy but asked "Hua, are you ok?". Hua turned to the Emperor and said "I'm an getting better your majesty. Jun, Shang and my friends kept me save after the assault.". The Emperor smiled at Hua and turned to his son asking "Who is the spy son and may I see the note?". Jun gave the note to his father saying "The spy is Chi-Fu!".
Chi-Fu tried to leave but was stopped by Chien-Po, Yao and Ling. Chi-Fu was brought before the Emperor who asked "Have you anything to say Chi-Fu?". Chi-Fu said nothing in his defense so the Emperor ordered him to be executed in the morning. Chi-Fu was taken away by the palace guards. The Emperor turned to Mulan saying "It looks like you will be taking Chi-Fu's job if you accept.". Mulan turns to the Emperor, smiled and said "With all due respect, your Excellency. I have been away from home long enough.". The Emperor took off his pendant and placed in on Mulan saying "Then take this, so your family will know what you have done for me.". The Emperor picked up Shan-Yu's sword and gave it to Mulan saying "And this, so the world will know what you have done for China.". Mulan takes the gifts and hugs the Emperor. "Is she allowed to do that?" Yao and Hua asked the group. Shang, Ling, Jun and Chien-Po just shrugged.
Mulan walks away from the Emperor and is embraced by Yao and Ling. Chien-Po comes up and lifts all three of them off the ground in a big bear hug. Chien-Po lets them all back to the ground again. Hua walked over to Mulan and hugged her sister, while Mulan mouthed to Jun 'Take care of my sister.'. Jun nodded to Mulan and when the sisters stopped hugging, Jun walked over to Hua, put his arm around her and said "You and your family are welcomed here anytime Mulan." Mulan nodded to Jun then left her sister with her future husband. Mulan walks toward Shang and stops in front of him. As Shang begins to speak Mulan starts to smile anticipating something good. Shang said "Um.. You, you fight good." to Mulan whose smile turned to disappointment and she replied" Oh, thank you.". Khan gallops up the stairs and Mulan sees him and walks over to her horse. Shang turns toward Mulan and grunts with disappointment in himself. Mulan mounts Khan saying "Khan, lets go home.". Khan jumps down the steps and gallops on the flat parts of the stair case back down to ground level. The crowd cheers al the while. The Emperor approaches Shang and clears his throat. "The flower that blooms in adversity is the most rare and beautiful of all." the Emperor said to Shang while Hua and Jun walked over to them. "Sir?" Shang asked the Emperor. "You don't meet a girl like that every dynasty." the Emperor said to Shang, while putting on his hat and walks the stairs towards the palace. Shang turns towards where Mulan rode off with love in his eyes. Hua walks over to Shang with Jun and said "We are going to my home tomorrow to have Jun meet my parents you should come with us Shang." Shang turned to Hua, smiled and said "I will thank you Hua.".
