*Amelia's POV*
I woke up completely sore, I turned and saw it was 5:30 in the morning. I'm definitely not going back to sleep.
"Babe." I heard Jacob murmuring.
"Go back to sleep baby." I told him.
I slowly got out of bed, and my right side was in pain. I should've brought some Advil with me. Every part of my body was sore. After I used the restroom, I lifted my shirt and my lower midsection was completely bruised. My cheek also seem to gotten a bruise. My wrist had bruises from the times I fell yesterday. And my legs, well they are always bruised.
"Love?" Jacob said walking in.
"I only brought crop tops." I said and I showed him the bruise. His eyes widened and he gave me a kiss on my cheek.
"You can use my sweater. And before we go to the university, we can stop for some Advil." Jacob told me.
"Okay." I said. I got my clothes and then did my makeup. Jacob gave me his sweater and we headed downstairs. We left the hotel at around 8, since we were supposed to be at the university at 8:30.
"How are you feeling?" Jacob asked me.
"I'm excited. I know today is about seeing the campus and then visiting our areas of studies and sports, but I feel like it's going to go by fast." I explained and it sure went fast.
The university was large and campus was so interesting. Me and Jacob had to go our own ways, since we have different majors.
"Hey, I'm Cassie, what's your name?" A girl approached me.
"Amelia. What's your major?" I asked her.
"Neuroscience." She told me.
"Me too." I told her. "Are your parents here?" I asked her.
"I actually came alone. What about you?" She asked me.
"I came with my boyfriend, he's also attending here, but he's going into electrical engineering." I explained. We were practically together for the rest of the tour. The tour ended around 3:30.
"Well, it was nice hanging out." Cassie told me. "Could I have your Snapchat?" She asked me.
"Of course. We definitely need to hang out in the fall." I told her. We exchanged socials and then called Jacob. He told me to meet up at the parking lot by the car.
"Hey, how did it go?" Jacob asked me.
"Really great. I met a friend, her name is Cassie." I told him as we got in.
"That's nice to hear. I met two guys, one of them is also going to baseball. His name is Matthew." He told me. "The other guy's name was Xavier." He added.
"Oh, I should put Taylor's house." I said as I got into Google maps and typed the address. "And also let her know that we're on our way." I added. It was a 30 minute drive or so. In the meantime, I looked through all the pamphlets and texted my parents.
"You okay with the hoodie? It's getting kind of warm outside." Jacob spoke.
"I just want the hoodie to cover my bruise." I told Jacob.
"Well, you can take another advil, since the walking probably didn't help relax your muscles." Jacob told me.
"Alright." I said. I looked at my cheek, and from up close, you could notice a bruise. Makeup wasn't enough to completely cover it up.
"Looks like we're here." Jacob said as we arrived to a gated home. Security was outside and Jacob slowly drove the car towards the security. Security approached us and asked for our ID's. We were then allowed through the gates. There were like 5 cars parked outside.
