I cock my head in her direction from the deep forest "What did Saanvi tell you?" I need to know what triggered her.
"What?" her eyes scrunched
"WHAT. DID. SHE. TELL. YOU?"
She sniffled "You didn't approve the project between Mehrotra's And Arora's so she threatened me to make you do it, in return of whatever you want from me, whatever you asked to.....me" my eyes shut closed in disgust, my blood boiled at her words. What kind of woman is she? telling a girl this shit? And I didn't have to dig up more to know what that 'me' means in actual sense. I am going to destroy them.
I thought my demons were enough to harm her, destroy her. Ragini, my father's sister, can be the only source of pain who can destroy my wife as she did me. But how can I forget, every person has their own heavens and hell in their life, have their own demons and happiness. And in Vanya's case her step family is her demons, but not anymore.
I Looked at her face which was devoid of any expression or feeling only tears were falling. I went towards her before she started to leave. She looked in my eyes "Tell me Ruhaan, do you want me to live? I am asking you again I will leave, beacuse I can't-"

Her lips parted in disbelief, didn't say anything. I sealed the gap between us. Snaking my right arms I held her by her waist again and joined our foreheads, closed my eyes. My heart races against my ribcage, my mind is fogged by different thoughts, basically doomed.
