Y/n retreated to his hidden room at Hogwarts, the secret chamber where he could think without interruption. The room was dimly lit by a few floating orbs of light, casting gentle glows across the old books and parchment scattered around. This was his sanctuary, a place where his laziness gave way to his sharp intellect and relentless curiosity.

He paced the room, his mind racing with thoughts. Dobby's warnings, the attacks, and the mention of the Chamber of Secrets all swirled in his head. He needed to piece everything together.

He stopped pacing and pulled a large, dusty tome from the shelf. It was an ancient book about the history of Hogwarts and its secrets. Y/n flipped through the pages quickly, his eyes scanning for any mention of the Chamber of Secrets.

"The Chamber of Secrets," he muttered, finding the section. He read aloud to himself, "Said to be created by Salazar Slytherin, the Chamber is home to a monster that only his true heir can control. The purpose of the Chamber was to purge the school of those Slytherin deemed unworthy to study magic."

Y/n paused, tapping his chin thoughtfully. "So, the attacks are targeting students... possibly Muggle-borns. The Heir of Slytherin must be involved. But who could it be?" he wondered aloud.

Y/n's mind raced, piecing together fragments of information. "The Chamber of Secrets? What could be in there that's causing these attacks?" he said, scribbling notes on a piece of parchment, listing everything he knew so far.

"Dobby confirmed he was responsible for stopping Harry and Ron from getting to Hogwarts, showing a deliberate attempt to keep Harry away," he said. "Then, the Bludger attack, also orchestrated by Dobby, was trying to scare Harry off rather than harm him directly. But the petrifications of Colin Creevey and Justin Finch-Fletchley carries us back to the start."

"The pattern I got from here so far is that they are Muggle-borns," Y/n muttered, "but just to be sure, although it is risky, the next victim would guarantee this hypothesis. This will let me know if this is truly the Chamber of Secrets that is behind the works or merely an impersonator."

Y/n knew he needed to confirm other victims to find any pattern.

"Dobby said history is repeating itself," he pondered aloud. "If this has happened before, there must be some sort of record of it. But when did this happen and what exactly happened last time?" He turned back to the book, skimming through old records of Hogwarts.

He turned back to the book, skimming through old records of Hogwarts. He found a reference to an incident fifty years ago. "A student died, and the school was nearly closed. There must be more details in the restricted section."

Y/n made a mental note to visit the restricted section of the library. But for now, he turned to another stack of books and old-school records he had access to in his hidden room. He dug into the history of past incidents at Hogwarts, focusing on any mention of the Chamber of Secrets, Slytherin's heir, or unusual occurrences.

He continued his research, finally uncovering a record that outlined the expulsion around 50 years ago of a student, Rubeus Hagrid. The record mentioned a large creature that was in his possession.

"Hagrid was expelled? That's a significant lead," Y/n muttered. "If he was blamed, he might know more about what really happened."

He jotted down Hagrid's name, adding it to his growing list of people to question. Y/n's mind was a whirlwind of theories and hypotheses, each one needing careful consideration and further evidence.

"Wait, I actually almost forgot," he said, recalling from memory, "Hagrid was indeed expelled. He was expelled for the alleged endangerment of students with a dangerous creature, and it lines up around the same time period as this incident. Wouldn't that mean that he was the prime suspect at the time?"
