They were back, the air was cold. You could practically feel the infection of everyone's negative feelings through the air. They came from Heaven and ended up in Hell. Or was it Heaven because of each other. Nevertheless, at-least they still had each other, right?

English went by fast, Enid being the only one raising her hand whilst the other students depended their life on hers. She could sense the relief as she walked into the room after days of not turning up to class. Enid immediately felt much more better about herself. Of course she was much happier with Wednesday. But it always feels lifting when someone is happy that you're there, until she thought a bit too hard about why they were happy she was there.

Of course English only went by fast for Wednesday because for about 20 minutes halfway through the lesson her and the blonde haired girl met up in the bathroom. Small touches of the hand and lips colliding. Small conversations and jokes.  Enid noticed Wednesdays stress and calmed her down.

Whereas Wednesday felt immediate loss of happiness. After coming from a school trip she thought she'd hate after being forced to go by her parents who weren't home all week. She ended up really enjoying it. The reason partially being because of a certain blonde haired girl. But with Wednesday, she felt immediately trapped. Tyler immediately wanted to see her of course, she couldn't decline his request. Did she feel trapped because she finally went back to school, or was it a person she has a relationship with.

Enid was far too engrossed into her conversation with her friends until she noticed Wednesday. Walking next to Tyler. Her smile immediately dropped. That was until Wednesday looked back at her, and smiled. She noticed that she flickered her eyes away from everybody else suggesting that she wanted to see her. Enid nodded her head forward towards her as she noticed the signal.

"Just going toilet"

The blonde girl stood up and walked out of the cafeteria. Following long behind Wednesday and Tyler. She see's Wednesday say something to Tyler and he completely ignored her so she decided to walk off anyway.

They both walked towards each other, a classroom door stood next to them, which they soon ran into. "Are you okay?"

"I can't do it, Tyler I mean, I can't act normal around him anymore"

The blonde haired girl sat on top of a desk. "Can't you just break up with him or something?"

Wednesday shivered, Enid noticed.

Enid noticed a lot, she noticed how Wednesdays dimples only revealed themself when she was talking to her or Bianca. She noticed the days her hair was messy and her mascara was smudged, leaving faded marks of her tears after being in the bathroom during class. She noticed when Wednesday wasn't okay even when she insisted she was.

Wednesday sort of disliked that about Enid. For once she felt seen, and loved by someone. But she couldn't help but abhor the thought of someone knowing everything about her. That would mean they'd know her past, they'd know about Tyler. No one had ever showed her any appreciation or love, so she felt sort of strange.

"Hey Wednesday look at me" The blonde haired girl grabbed Wednesdays hand pulling her a little closer. She noticed how Wednesday slowly looked up at her after spacing out for way too long. "It will be okay, I'm here every step of the way, don't do something you don't want to do"

The raven haired girl nodded understandably. Shivers running down her spine from their contact.

This made Wednesday think. She spaced out a lot more during science, more than usual, even though usually half of the lesson was her spaced out. Knowing that she'd get the notes from the blonde girl later.

Continuous thoughts filled her head. How does she break up with Tyler. How does she tell the boy she's dated for years that she's no longer in love with him anymore, or that she never was. After a drunken mistake and a few stolen kisses from her and the boy, it concluded into years of torture for Wednesday.

The blonde girl looked over at the smaller girl, and placed her hand on the girls knee to ease her shaking. With that, the dark haired girl looked down at the hand placed on her knee and then up at Enid and smiled softly.

"Okay come on" Enid said and patted her knee twice before pushing her chair back to stand up. Wednesday looked confused, until she noticed most of the class standing up. She had spaced out through the whole of the lesson. Her notes consisting of the words  "circulatory system" and the rest blank.

Enid pulled her backpack over her shoulder, grasping onto the strap with her hand. "I'll call you later okay? If you want"

Wednesday nodded fast, which made Enid smile before saying goodbye. A small touch of the hand as she walked past, leaving Wednesdays cheeks slowly appear a lighter shade of pink.

"So then the oxygenated blood flows out of the aorta to then pump all around the body, that's why the left side has a thicker wall, called the cardiac muscle which basically gives the blood enough power to pump all around.  So do you get it?"

It had been silent for a moment. Enid decided to help Wednesday with everything she missed out on earlier on in science. Her phone placed against the wall of her desk, revealing her background of her white walls with certificates and posters stuck onto it. Her small desk light giving enough light in her room for Wednesday to see her. Whereas Wednesday was sat in bed her phone propped up against a cup on her bedside table with her main light on.

"Weds?" Enid repeated, this time looking up from her notebook filled with notes from the lesson. Which reveals Wednesday asleep her notebook lay flat on her chest. Looking more peaceful than ever.

"Alexa?" Enid whispered close to the speaker. She noticed a hint of a blue light. "Turn off my light". She watched as Wednesdays light turned off but her phone being just about bright enough to still see Wednesday asleep.

"Goodnight weds"  the blonde haired girl whispered just before turning off her lamp before climbing into bed. Placing her phone against a bottle of water sideways.
