RYUJIN'S POV
I slowly opened my eyes, i rubbed them and saw Yeji sitting up, i gave her a small smile, so she did the same 
Everyone started looking around, probably searching for another dead body
Funny how casually i'm talking about this, right? 
Well i kinda got used to it, i swear if i get out of here, i'll find person who made all this and you don't want to know what will i do to them





"You good?" i heard Chaeryeong's voice so i looked behind me
"Well, i see you're alive so yes i'm good" i answered. she smiled at my response 
"They're simply too afraid to kill me" she winked and i chuckled 
I looked around and saw no panic, everyone was calm
"Who died?" Asked Yuna nervously 
I shrugged my shoulders "i don't see anyone dead" 

"Players. Lee Chaeryeong was saved by a doctor" said that woman
Everyone stared whispering and gasping out of fear and panic, probably thinking that if Mafia tired to kill Chaeryeong, nobody is safe anymore
Chaeryeong gasped and covered her mouth with hands "they... chose me?" 
"Ryeong?" I shook her gently after seeing her panic 
She looked at me with teary eyes and i hugged her immediately, its so rare seeing Ryeong tear up 
"I almost died..." she whispered 
I rubbed her back "it's okay Ryeong... you're alive" 
She calmed down soon so i loosened my grip
Later Lia took my place and hugged her tightly, also having teary eyes 
I took a deep breath, i guess i have to cover for her now "guys let's do as usual, clear your minds, we'll gather at usual time" i announced, they all nodded 
I have no nerves to deal with anyone right now, i need to think straight. So i went to the bathroom and washed up
I was washing my hands... and i heard someone move besides me
"Well well, are you feeling alright?" I head familiar voice that i adored my whole life from behind, i looked at her from mirror and smiled 
"Hey Rina" i said softly and Karina gave me a warm smile 






Okay before you guys start "gasping gaspiest gasp" ever let me explain 


After Karina died, i went through the hell. Yes she died, she really did. I didn't even had a straight to attend her funeral, seeing her parents, her siblings. No thank you. i couldn't handle that.
So after funeral was over and everyone left, i went to see her. Well her grave obviously 
I sat there, cried my eyes out blablabla you know how it goes i'm not gonna be depressed right now. 
Well after i decided to head home, i heard familiar voice whispering to my ear, you don't know how scared i got then i realized that it was Karina's voice
I closed my eyes tightly and refused to open
"Come on monkey..." she said teasingly "don't you want to see me?" 
"You won't be there if i open them" i said though sobs 
"I doubt that" she chuckled 
Slowly i opened my eyes and turned my head to face her
"Oh, my, god," and here I gasped gaspiest gasp ever. 
Karina. My best friend Karina. STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME
"You look like you've seen a ghost" she laughed
I was speechless. I tried to take her hand but... i felt nothing. Literally nothing. 
"You're not real, are you?" I said with disappointment 
She shook her head "nope, but i'm real here" she pointed at my head, then smirked and looked lower "and also here" she pointed at my chest, place where my heart is 











After that i see her all the time. And it's horrible 
Every time i thought about Yuna, she appeared and made me feel very guilty for moving on
So i distanced myself from Yuna
When Yeji appeared and she's doing same right now.
But i can't let her go. I really can't 








Okay hack to present 
"I'm shocked you're not with your girlfriend right now" she said sarcastically 
I rolled my eyes "come on Rina, she's not my girlfriend"
"Yeah right, now that you found me a replacement i don't think you need me anymore" she said and looked straight in my eyes from mirror
I gulped and turned around "you know I'd never find you a replacement" i said quietly and looked down "please stop talking like this" 
She sighed "if you don't like hearing that, let me go Ryujin" she said softly, i looked up and she gave me a sad smile "it's time" she added
I shook my head in protest "i can't " i said with teary eyes
She was about to respond and then i heard door opening
I quickly washed my face to hide the tears 
I looked back and saw Yeji
"Hey" she said with a smile 
"Hey Yeddeong" i said still thinking about Karina not really paying attention to what i say
"What did you say?" She said quietly and stood near me
I shrugged "what did i say?" 
"You called me something right now" she looked down shyly. Cute. 
"Yeddeong? It slipped sorry, if you don't like-" she didn't even let me finish sentence 
"No, no, no, no" she quickly said and tensed up "i like it!" 
I laughed "okay yeddeong, no need to be nervous " i patted her back
She sighed with a smile "sorry" she mumbled "Ryuddeong" she said with a smirk
I raised my eyebrows "Ryuddeong?" I chuckled 
She shrugged cutely "just slipped out of my mouth" 
We looked at each other and bursted out laughing 
I swear this girl makes me feel things.
