Shreya, I don't know but you are successful in making me insane without our presence. My mind is sane and intact when I see you. But something happened, something flickered in me when you ran off from me yesterday. I won't ever think otherwise of you. Don't hide yourself because that made me want to burn everything. He whispered and walked out not before pecking my forehead.
When he closed the door, I opened my eyes, allowing my tears to flow. I took a moment to reflect on his departure and the closed door fading him.
I don't know why I was crying. My tears were just streaming too fast and I was not able to control them.
I sat on the bed covering myself with the duvet. His words were ringing in my ears as if any prayer. He was having too much impact on me and I was becoming vulnerable for him.
Everything is new for me. My heart just wants to follow him despite everything or every issue. But my brain is telling me what if he hurts me like my family did?
He effortlessly overcame my defences, evoking intense emotions within me. His gentle touch filled me with excitement, and he always respected my boundaries.
Even though my parents forced me into this marriage somewhere I agreed because I just wanted to get out of that house and this was the only solution.
I did not expect him to stay back after yesterday. I thought he'd leave but here he was standing handsomely in front of me proving all wrong from my assumptions.
