[Sunday]
Waking up after yesterday felt like a dream. But I was here, with Eddie and Clyde by my side as they woke me up. Like always, I woke a little groggily and grumbled while stretching and yawning

'Aww, morning' he cooed. Eddie, of course. I'll never get tired of it. I swear. I yawned again and buried my face under the pillow, pulling his arm over me. He laughed and rubbed my back

'The restaurant is closed today' he cheered. 'We wanted to spend some time with you. Fabian and Devin would come a little later' he informed

I sat up and looked from Eddie to Clyde and vice versa. A smile broke on my lips. 'Can we watch TV and drink smoothies?' I asked hopefully

'Of course' they said in unison, smiling widely as they slid from the bed. 'Go brush your teeth and wash your face, we'll wait here' Clyde said, ruffling my hair. That was something I'll never get tired of as well

After making a lot of smoothie with the exact same things I put yesterday, Eddie, at my request, left some in the fridge for Fabian and Devin. We then made our way upstairs and after closing the door, 'for comfort' as they said, plopped on the bed

Clyde put on the same show he put before and we settled on the cloudy-like bed. I was between both men and felt safe and comfy

Very quickly the hour five arrived and Fabian and Devin came with news. Weird and mostly untrue ones. It was about my 'kidnapping'. That's what the reporters on the news said

-"An eleven year old boy was kidnapped yesterday infront of Nial's, the famous restaurant at Kenny street, on saturday, september 2023, the hour was five minutes to three in the afternoon. The boy was gone for two hours and suddenly appeared back near Nial's restaurant, unharmed, it seemed. His friends found him and took him back. I don't know what to say."- She shook her head. 'Here' are some pictures and footage provided to us by bystanders and cameras around the area'

A picture of mine and the 'kidnapper' appeared on the screen. Then came the footage they kept replaying again and again while reviewing it

I'm glad he wore something that mostly covered his face though, cause even considering how he treated me all this time, he was still a man that, if his story was true, had suffered enough but still gave me a place to live in. And even if I was mostly hungry, I was never starved

"As you can see here, the boy seemed a bit shocked" one of the reporters, a male one, said. "But then he suddenly realizes what's happening and starts to look around, you can even see him yelling for help." he said

"Two boys, seventeen-eighteen it seems, and workers at Nial's, considering they are wearing aprons, rushed to help the boy but the kidnapper's car was already on, like he was prepered for that moment" Another male said

"Or maybe he was doing a takaway" Said the female reporter a little jokingly. She was right though. He couldn't possibly know I was there

"That soundes ridiculous but might be true" The third male reporter laughed

The TV went off and I suddenly zoned back in. 'Okay, seriously? Eleven?' I asked, dumbfounded. 'Unbelievable'

'Well, you do look eleven-twelve.' Fabian said and I glared at him. He shrugged and I rolled my eyes, puffing the air out my cheeks

'Whatever...' I grumbled

'Maybe he looks younger for his age, but he's still smarter than you' Devin laughed

Fabian gasped dramatically. 'You saying it based on what?' He asked

'Everything?' Devin shrugged, winking at me. Fabian gasped again. I laughed when the two started 'offending' each other with words. I knew they were joking
