Buck and eddie were dating long distance tell one day eddie comes to LA.

When the fires were happening in Texas they tried to handle it themselves but even with every fire team in Texas they didnt have enough. 
They made an SOS call to the nearby states. Thankfully firefighters from all over come to help. 
Some of these were station 122, 126, 118 and many others. 
Eddie works with the 126. He had started working with them shortly after he got back from fighting in the war. 
tk and his dad had just taken over the station. Eddie was happy to be there doing what he wanted.
Buck is with the 118 who come to help. Along with him is chimney and hen. 
When they first meet eddie thinks buck is hot. He tries to ignore it as they work but he gets teamed up with buck making it harder. 
"Your badass under pressure" eddie said and buck blushes
They had just put out one huge fire and as they were heading back eddie had made the comment. 
"Me?" Buck asks suprised
"Hell yea. You can have my back any day" eddie says his Texas accident coming out
Buck thought that was hot. When they got back and it was someone else's turn to fight the fire buck ran into tk. 
They had talked shortly when he arives. He thought he was cool so he ran up to him while tk was putting his gear away.
"Hey tk right?" Buck asks and tk nods
"Yours is buck right?" Buck nodded
"Wanna get drinks?" Buck offered not meaning anything behind it. 
"Sorry but I have a boyfriend and it's serious. Try eddie he's been looking at you since you got here" tk says patting bucks shoulder before walking away
As if on cue eddie comes into view "Hey have you seen hen?" Eddie asks and buck looks him up and down 
He was really attractive and buck was still at the end of his 1.0 stage so he had no shame. 
"She is with my team. You wanna get drinks?" Buck asks and eddie looked suprised but shrugged. 
"Sure but I gotta warn you I've got a kid so I can't stay out all night" eddie said and usually it was a turn off for buck but somehow eddie being a dad made him hotter. 
"I can work with that" Buck said smirking 
That night he and eddie go for drinks. They talk almost all night. By the end they trade numbers and promise to text. 
The next few days buck and eddie spend more and more time together. The day before buck has to go back to LA buck asks him out. 
"I know im about to leave but i dont wanna lose this. Would you go out with me?" Buck asked and was suprised by eddies response. 
"I would like that. I'm sure we can make long distance work" eddie said and buck felt relieved. 
When buck gets back to LA they call every day. After a month buck got to met chris over video call. 
The boy was smiling and adorable. He had blonde hair and blue eyes almost identical to bucks. 
"Hello I'm Christopher but I like being called chris" chris said smiling brightly
Buck found himself smiling too. "I'm evan but everyone calls me buck" Buck said and chris started showing him everything. 
Buck and eddie would call during the day and then they would call at night so buck could read chris a bedtime story.
