With the death of his beloved, Anos takes his rightful place as the Demon King. He promises to avenge her death, and those who stand in his way—be they human, spirits, or even gods—will die.
For thousands of years, war had been ravaging the world. On one side were the humans with their hero and allies from other races; on the other were the demons, led by the man called the Demon King of Tyranny, the one who had slain a god and brought tyranny to a new level.
In the Demon King's castle, Anos was seated on his throne. He sat there in silence, reminiscing about the past and thinking of Remi, who had died. He wondered if he could have saved her had he arrived sooner.
He kept thinking about it until he remembered the promise he made to Remi: that he would create a peaceful world.
"Was what I was doing really worth it?" Anos said, since all those responsible for Remi's death had been killed and erased from existence.
"Promise me that we will build a world where everyone can live with smiles on their faces," the vision of Remi flashed through his head.
Anos then smiled and said, "I think this is enough. She would be angry at me if I kept this going." He stood from his throne and used Gatom to teleport to the human kingdom Azesion.
There, he was confronted by the humans with their hero.
"What are you doing here, Anos Voldigoad?" the hero asked.
"Hero Kanon, if you want to end this war, come to my castle. I want to have peace," Anos said as he used Gatom to teleport back to his castle.
The humans were left speechless, and some thought it was a trap.

After a day of waiting, Kanon arrived at Anos's castle.
When Kanon and his party entered, Anos was seated on his throne.
"Hero Kanon, I want to speak to you to create a more peaceful world," Anos said.
Kanon clenched his hand into a fist and spoke, "After all this time of suffering and killing humans, now you want peace?"
"Indeed, I do want peace. So, what do you say?" Anos replied.
“Demon King Anos, how many humans have you killed until now?” Kanon asked, and Anos stared at him coldly.
“I could ask you the same, Hero Kanon. How many demons have you killed?” Anos replied.
"You humans were the ones who started this pointless war. You killed my kind without remorse," Anos said.
"Do you really think I would believe your words?" Kanon asked.
"I don't expect you to believe them, and I don't care if you don't. What I'm saying is the truth: you humans were the first to initiate this war," Anos said.
Kanon remained silent, as did his companions.
"Tell me, Kanon, how much do you believe in humans?" Anos asked.
"I believe in them with all my heart. And I can't trust the words of a demon, especially from you, who killed so many innocent people," Kanon said.
"I see. You know, I met a person who had the same belief as you. She believed there is good in every person's heart. She was carefree and a bit naive, but she never turned a blind eye to what is wrong and what is right," Anos said, confusing Kanon.
"I may have killed many humans, but those I killed were involved in her death," Anos said.
"What are you talking about?" Kanon asked.
