In outer space, Ship pursues an alien vessel, that held Ben inside. "Can't this bucket of bolts go any faster?" Kevin asks, piloting the Mechamorph. Ship's face appears and glares at Kevin. "Ship!" "He didn't mean it, Ship. We know you're doing the best you can." Gwen reassures it, petting its head. "His best is not good enough. If we don't catch up to that ship and rescue Ben before Kraab-l" Kevin's cut off. "Ship!" The monitor glows bright and Ship goes a lot faster than before. "Now that's what I'm talking about!" Aria cheers while Kevin fires lasers at the alien vessel. "Not a scratch." Gwen points out. "Any of you got a better idea?" Kevin asks. "Uh-huh. You just need to get us closer." Aria replies. "How close?" Kevin asks. 
He lands on top of the vessel and Aria cuts a hole so that they could get inside. "Bridge is this way." Kevin says. "So's Ben, but you'll never get to him." Kraab says. "Kraab." Aria glares at him. "You would hunt the hunter? You forget your place. There's a large bounty on your head Princess Aria." Kraab says. "I know, but you're never getting it." Aria says and Gwen blocks his laser beam with a shield. "What's the deal with this guy?" Kevin asks. "Talks too much. Watch the pincers." Gwen replies. "Got it." Kevin replies. Both he and Aria run out from behind the shield. Kraab shoots lasers at them which Aria counters, using fireballs and Kevin punches him in the face, he's launched across the room. Kevin goes to attack him again but Kraab releases a purple gas from his pincers. He coughs and backs away while rubbing his eyes. 
"What did I just tell you?!" Gwen runs over. "Watch the pincers." Kevin replies. Aria rolls her eyes and blows air in Kevin's direction, diminishing the gas. "Thanks." Kevin tells her only to be grabbed by Kraab. Gwen and Aria run over while Kevin struggles. "I know." He says. "Watch the pincers." Kevin wraps his legs around Kraab's arm and rolls, taking Kraab with him. "Kevin!" Gwen looks worried. "I'm okay. Go get Ben." He replies. "But--" Gwen tries to protest, meanwhile Aria was already making her way to Ben.

Aria finds Ben restrained. "You okay up there?" She asks. "Yup. Just hanging around." Ben replies. Aria makes platforms to get up to Ben, just as Gwen comes in. She blows icy air on his restrains to get him freed faster, she then uses her eye beams to break them. Ben lands on the floor below he. "Thanks." Ben tells her. "That thing on your arm." Gwen points to the orange band around Ben's Omnitrix. "I know. Pretty smart, huh? This way, I can't change to anything." Ben shares. Gwen walks over to and works on cutting the band open. "What for? I always win, anyway." Ben replies. "Nice attitude." Gwen comments. "Hey, my overconfidence is one of my most appealing qualities." Ben claims. "No, no it's not." Aria shakes her head. 
"Uh, that's getting kinda hot." Ben tells his cousin. "Sorry." Gwen backs away. "It isn't working, anyway." Kevin is launched through the wall and the teens run over to him. Gwen helps him up. "You okay?" Ben asks him. "Ugh, got a little headache." Kevin replies, rubbing his head. "There's no escape for you, Tennyson." Kraab declares, walking into the room. "It's okay. I've got a plan." Ben tells his friends. "Do you now?" Aria asks, crossing her arms. Ben holds his hands up and runs at Kraab, screaming. Kraab grab his with his pincer and lifts him up. "Did you really think you could overpower me?" He asks. "No. But I thought I could get close enough to swipe your keys." Ben holds up a key and unlocks the band around his wrist. 
He transforms into Big Chill. "Stay back!" Kraab tells him. He fires a laser at Big Chill but it goes right through him and hits the controls. "Is that the..." Gwen trails off. "Auto pilot. Yeah." Kevin replies. The three teens walk over to the destroyed controls. "Everything's fine. I can fly this thing." Kevin reassures them. "When you said everything's fine, you knew we were headed for an asteroid field, right?" Gwen asks him. Kevin immediately looks up. "I did not know that." He replies. "Kevin, are you driving this thing? I can't wait till I get my own license." Big Chill asks after dealing with Kraab. "Funny, Tennyson. Half our thrusters are out. It's all I can do to keep us going in a straight line." Kevin answers, turning to him.
