Omegaverse. Teen pregnancy. No curses au. Lowkey Kinda Americanized 
Satoru sat still in his living room. His mother was standing above him waiting for the results from the pregnancy test.
About a month before, Satoru was in heat. His bestfriend came over to hang out. He was uncomfortable but he couldn't tell his heat had started. Due to Suguru being around him it hit really hard. He doesn't even remember it, but it sent the younger into rut and now they were here. They had mated. Their necks marked with a bite. 
It was positive. It sat there right on the coffee table. Mrs.Geto visibly angry. "So are you going to abort it or give it up for adoption?"
"What-.."
"My son is 15 he doesn't need your slutty ass trying to trap him with a baby. So pick one."
"Mom he's not trapp-"
"You have your whole life ahead of you. Either he kills it or he puts it up for adoption."
"I don't want to kill it..."
"Then I'll find adoption agencies..." She flashed him a smile full of malice. 
Satoru's mom wasn't agreeing with this. "Your boyfriend left you with a baby.."
"Excuse me?"
"Your boyfriend left you with a baby. Satoru wouldn't be trapping Suguru. He can take off just like his dad did or he can choose to stay."
"My son has a life ahead of hi-"
"Just because your life ended when you had a baby doesn't mean you get to live off of him. If my son chooses to keep his baby that does not affect you."
Suguru grabbed his friends hand. Watching those azure eyes cry. It wasn't fair.
"Satoru what do you want to do?"
"Suguru don't speak to him!"
"I don't know..." 
Suguru tried to be there as much as he could over the nine months. Making sure Satoru got out of the house enough. As the months got colder Satoru could layer as much as he needed. They went on walks together all the time. He wanted to be a father. He loved the way Satoru looked with his belly always waddling because of how big it was.
Of course Suguru's mother was such an ass she grounded him the supposed last week of Satoru's pregnancy. And Satoru's parents shouldn't have left him by himself.  His older sister went to her boyfriend's house while he stayed home. He slept most of the day. His hospital bag ready for whenever the day came. 
He went downstairs to get some ice cream out of the freezer, when his water breaks. The pain was so much he couldn't move. He could only sit on the floor. The baby was coming fast. He couldn't get to his phone because he left it on his bed. His heart raced.
Suguru feels like there's something wrong. Hes arguing with his mom begging her to take him to Satoru. For a few hours his omega sat on that floor giving birth to their pup. He was exhausted and bleeding. The blood wouldn't stop. Their baby cried on the floor. 
Eventually he got to the house. He couldn't get in but he heard a baby. Satoru's parents arrived at the same time. Opening the door for Suguru and finding their child half dead on their kitchen floor with their grandchild lying in his mother's blood. 
Suguru went straight for his omega trying to keep him awake. His mother called the ambulance. Satoru's mother clung to her baby while her husband scooped up the infant.
Once they had been brought to the hospital the baby was tagged and kept in the hospitals nursery until Satoru woke up. They gave him blood. He sat awake for a few minutes until noticing Suguru in the seat next to him holding his hand.
