Playing with fire scorches, yet the scars of playing with me will haunt you, a reminder whenever you deny that once, you craved me.Minho's POV:
The door creaked open behind me. A familiar voice shattered the intimate moment. "You must be kidding me," the voice said incredulously, causing me to turn abruptly, leaving a swirl of confusion and desire in the air.
I stood up, my movements slow and deliberate as I turned to face him fully.
"Felix, it's not what it looks like," I started, but he cut me off, stepping further into the room.
"Not what it looks like? Then what exactly is it, Minho?" His voice rose, his hands clenching into fists at his sides. "Just answer this question: do you have feelings for him?"
I answered with the response that was expected of me. "Never," I said firmly." And Felix , watch your tone when you speak to me " I said watching his anger fade.
"He has a fever and he's drunk. He thought I was his dead boyfriend and kissed me, that's it," I said .
"I apologize for raising my voice . I'm just not ready to lose you too to this piece of shit," he said, his voice dripping with disdain, as he turned and left the room, leaving me alone with Hyunjin.
I turned back to Hyunjin, who was now more restless. "I need to leave," I said, standing up. As I was about to move, he reached out and grabbed my hand.
"Don't leave me, please," he begged, his voice filled with desperation. I gently pried his hand off mine and covered him with the blanket. "I can't. I shouldn't have been here in the first place," I said. As I turned to leave, I heard him mumble in a tearful voice, "I'm scared, Seungmin, don't leave me again."
I looked at him with pity. His words tugged at my heart. "You will wake up everyone in this house and everyone will know," I whispered to myself.
I had to make sure no one talks to Hyunjin while he was drunk, so I decided to spend the night with him until he wakes up tomorrow. I closed the door and locked it so that no one would come in and misunderstand like Felix did.
I walked closer to him and removed the blanket. Sliding inside next to him, I felt his immediate response as he pushed his face into my chest and closed his eyes. The warmth of his body against mine and the sound of his steady breathing created an unexpected sense of peace. I gently wrapped my arm around him, trying to ignore the conflicting emotions swirling inside me.
I'm not the type of person who likes cuddling, but I didn't move him away. He was restless, moving a lot against me, making me nervous and unable to sleep. Each shift of his body sent sparks through me, his heat igniting a fire that burned deep inside.
The last move he made was enough to send chills down my spine. He shifted, his lips brushing against my neck. A shiver ran through me as he started kissing me there, his hand moving to my shirt, trying to unbutton it. I quickly grabbed his hands to prevent him from doing so. "Hyunjin, ..you make it hard for me to resist," I whispered, looking down at his face, conflicted.
He sighed in frustration, then seemed to give up, closing his eyes again. Almost immediately, he fell into a deep sleep, leaving me wide awake and struggling to control the lust he had stirred within me.
I watched him for a moment, his peaceful face in stark contrast to the storm raging inside me. "I'm curious what you'll do when you wake up in my arms," I whispered sarcastically, a wry smile tugging at my lips.
I tried to calm my racing thoughts, focusing on the steady rhythm of his breathing. The night stretched on, every minute feeling like an eternity as I lay there, fighting my own desires.
