Today was a good day, the sun was shining brightly, the wind flowing like a gentle breeze.

My hair looked too good today.
I was in my cute sundress, and I was having a girl's day out.
Kabir was there too.
So not so girl's day out. But, friend's day out? Let's go with that.

We drive to the cafe, with our windows down, blasting our favorite music, and singing out loud to them.

We reached the cafe soon, as there was zero traffic today which made me a lot happier.

"So, three margaritas and keep them coming till we stop you.
Let's start with some crispy baby corn and honey chili potatoes, the sushi and the cheese pizza and the Béchamel sauce pasta, bruschetta, the spinach ravioli, the mushroom cannelloni. Anything else ladies? Oh! How can I forget? We'd also like to try the gnocchi de patate. Thank you."

Kabir completed his monologue, while Ruhi and I were staring at him with our mouths wide open, which had now started watering hearing all the food.

"Kabir, honey. We are just three people."
Ruhi said in a placating tone.

"And I am hungry." He said in a similar tone.

"Whatever, I want to tell you guys some things." I ignored these two idiots.

"Shush. Don't ruin the vibe. Wait for the margaritas." He shushed me like I was a child.

This man is a child.

"Listen, this is important. I need to vent out." I hissed.

"And you will, Adi. Have some patience. I can't function without any drinks in me."
He grumbled.

Ruhi looked at him in mock concern, "are you okay? You are drinking regularly or what? Are you turning into an alcoholic? Are you getting addicted? Shall we get you admitted to a rehab?"
