As Panchali glided through the corridors in the silent night of Amavasya, she couldn't help but think why did Yudhisthir want to have a talk with her.
It's been so many days that they have started drifting apart.
She knew they were hurt and unfocused nowadays because of her changed behaviour but only if the things were in her hands.
For a few days, she had been receiving unpleasant threats, better to say it was all targeted towards her husbands.
And the more she tried to find it, she got no answer.
There were no names in the letters, nor any symbols of the place.
It wasn't the modern technological world, where she knew if any such situation occurred, she would have easily exposed the person behind all those shits.
Rather, it was an ancient era- where letters were exchanged through birds and messengers.
In this case, it was a bird.
She was no fool to not understand that whoever the person was, only wanted an end in her marriage.
But the question was- why..?
Why would anyone here threaten her to break all the ties with her husbands and in-laws.
Panchali exhaled heavily, feeling the weight of the uncanny situation. Her steps were unknown to her, unconsciously leading to the garden.
She didn't know what to do with all those threats. Neither she could tell the Pandavas, nor she could sit quietly.
Yes, Aryan knew everything. Even he was there for the exact same reason.
At that moment, she could only trust her best friend who once again came all the way from Saurashtra to Hastinapur, for her.
The first time she got the letter was just two days post she found about Bheem and Hidimba.
She still remembered every word that it held, vividly.
“Dear Panchali Kuruvanshi,
I know you have been stressed about the recent revelation of your second husband's first wife. Well, that even sounds too complicated..!!
But, hey I know you are just fed up with those five men. But trust me, Darling, you will be a free bird if you leave those cowards and come to me.
I will provide you with all the luxuries of the world. You will be known as my Queen and can rule upon everyone.
However, if you try to find out about me, though I know you won't get a trace of me, but still, don't waste your energy on finding me.
You better try to remain cool because my eyes are always on you, my dear..!!
Regards”
To be very honest, she tried to find out by asking the servants and maids about any new visitors. But as if all her efforts went into vain.
It was then, she received another letter the next day itself, letting her know the psychotic personality of the person.
That letter clearly mentioned how Bheem's hand would be burnt in just a few minutes.
Feeling strange about the predicament, she rushed to the kitchen that day, only to find a maid bumping into Bheem with a bowl of boiled water, which fell over his right arm.
