"Family, I'm home!" I yelled walking out the door. 
We were at Grandpa Matthew's estate in Alabama passing our suitcases to the housekeepers.
I took my guest to my favorite place here, grandpa's kitchen has a resident chef.
There I found my mother, my aunt and my godmother.
"Why do you have my mom here?"
"Boy if you don't shut up" 
"I know we didn't raise you or your friends without manners," Solange gushed. 
I rolled my eyes "this is Sofía and Leonor my girlfriend" she smiled moving her eyes.
"OH girl, I heard about you, my nephew almost knew the great depression because of you, call me dull," he hugged her "I love a girl who knows her worth. I'm Daniel's mom."
"Solange leave these children alone" Grandma pushed her out of the way taking Leo with her. 
I wasn't going to get her back anytime soon.
"Sofia, come on, let me show you where you're staying," Aunt Kelly led her away.
"Since when does grandma know her way around grandpa's house?"
"Nephew, you miss you, you missed a lot of things, mom kicks the bucket with the rich, so dad is in town," Solange said.
"Your son has 50 dollars for me where he is" 
"Out on the docks cleaning the boat you can go help him" 
"Yes, do that. I'll call you when your father gets home," Mom ordered. 
I went to my room, got rid of my shoe and fell on my bed.
I felt like I was 16 again, as if they were no longer the few months I stayed to finish my studies in person.
Now that the term was ending I had to return home but I also wanted to reside in Spain for personal reasons. 
"mi amor " I peeked one eye open with a hum "are you sleeping"
"And hiding yes come lay with me we had a long flight"
"Your always tired you don't need an excuse every time" she went to her bags finding clothes to change 
Telling me to do the same we got on the bed in my previous position 
"Your abuelo is here a your papa said he was going to meet everyone at the airport"
everyone?
"Did you see my grandpa Matthew?"
"Just your abuelo he's funny"
"No he ain't don't laugh at his jokes"
"Your mom is so care free so I'm assuming you get your possessive ways from your papa"
"You think I'm possessive?" She hummed an nodded 
"You don't like to share it's cute at times"
"At time's?"
"Yes sometimes you do the most that makes me want to strangle you"
"I do it out of love why you wanna be violent"
"Out of love" she shrug gazing at me
"You know when I first saw you I only seen your side profile but then up close your eyes stole my heart" 
"What if I didn't have blue eyes"
"I'm sure I'd love you the same your gaze has a pure warm and inviting feeling that just gets me it's hard to explain"
"Your charming words is what got me I thought you were just a shy quiet kid"
"Wow I'm hurt" 
"It's not a bad thing it just goes to say it made me want to be friends with you"
"And you got more than you were hoping for"
"Who's complaining about it" she smiled "I got lucky and took your grandma from you"
"You can have her honestly I'm sure your grandma can do with an extra grandson"
"Shush up and help me with my speech like you promised"

"Grandpa this is my girlfriend Leonor"
"Your popular amongst the Knowles households Tina talks about you more than she talks at my campaigns" he shook her hand
"That's because I just have to sit a look flawless" she butted in
"You don't even had to try"
"Thank you leo that's why we love you over here"
"Can I go hang out with Julez now?" I haven't seen him or Sofia all day
"Mhm you kids better have that docks clean up we have people coming over tomorrow" 
I got hold of Leonor hand guiding her through the house quickly before any of my aunt's or uncle's can stop us
They talk to much
Finally getting to the yacht with my cousins they were setting rockets up at the top deck 
Leonor went to Juelz probably to have their usual bickering sessions you won't think she had it in her
"Sofi you blend in well" 
"I'm gonna be visiting your family when I can they're cool especially your godmother and Angie"
"Not those hoodlums Angie?" She must be throwing on a show for this girl
"She's dramatic I like it and julez taught me how to drive a boat which you had sister occupied y'all are opposite so I don't get how he's your closest cousin but that's just me oh an he taught me a slang"
My classy ghetto family may have rubbed off on the people's infanta
