Ace was thrown into a room as he was already bandaged up.  He grunted as he landed on the floor.

Ace sat up and held onto his neck. Silco and his goon standing in front of him.

"I'd like to talk to you about what it's going to be as you're staying here, boy" Silco said.

"You can kill me, you can hurt me but please...Leave Powder out of this" Ace said.

Silco crouched down in front of Ace. He moved some of Ace's hair out of his face. Ace tried to move his face away.

"When I look at you I see your father. A weak man who wouldn't  fight for a cause that we both shared a vision for. And all I see when I look at you is him. When he betrayed me that night" Silco said.

Ace glared at him as he was still pretty weak. He was struggling to sit up with the only support from his left elbow.

"So...For you boy...There are rules for you...You will work for me. And you will keep the girl happy. You drop your beliefs as a pacifist and...your daughter will be raised to be similar to my ideals.." Silco said.

As soon as Silco mentioned his daughter his eyes widened. Ace coughed a bit but he held his throat due to the pain.

"Leave my daughter out of this...please..." Ace said as Silco raised a brow to this.

"Well...If you want to stay alive enough for your daughter to be raised probably with a father...You'll do as I say...If I call her to see me you will let her. If I call her to follow me you will let her. If I ask her a question you will let her answer. Are we clear, boy?" Silco asked.

Ace nodded. He looked away from Silco. He was clearly not happy with this. But he wanted to protect his daughter.

"What is your daughter's name?" Silco asked the boy.

Ace thought for a moment. He didn't want to really share what her real name is.

He'd have to talk to Powder alone to tell her the change. Ace then found an idea.

"...Iroha" Ace told Silco. Silco's eyes slightly widened by this, surprised.

"The name of your mother." Silco said. Ace nodded. Silco stood up.

"Well...We'll be able to send one of my workers to come with you to pick up your daughter. You'll have to pack your life with you to come back...Understand?" Silco asked. Ace nodded.

"Good" Silco said as him and his goon walked out of the room. Leaving Ace in the dark room. Ace laid back on the ground.

He can't believe what he just agreed to. And it'll only change his life for the worst.

...2 Years later in Piltover...

"Cora! I have said it multiple times. The underground isn't good for a young girl like you even after what you've been through!" Cora was currently getting scolded by Heimerdinger for asking again to visit the lanes.

Cora, Now 15 years old, was mostly taken care of by Heimerdinger after the Kirammans helped her when she first returned to the topside.

Heimerdinger was assigned to help raise her until she was old enough.

"I know...I know...Just...Maybe to see how it really is down there again" Cora said.

Her plan was to go see Ace. She couldn't stop thinking about him for the last two years.

"What in your mind thinks you should go back there? They're dangerous! You should know that" Heimerdinger said.

Cora looks down while he's talking.
