Creek's Pov
Today is the day. I can feel it. I have being following Poppy for days now but I can't recognise the troll who is with her. Today I'm gonna find out.
I was waiting for Poppy to leave her pod , so I could follow her. When she got out , she started looking at every direction. I guess she doesn't want anyone to find out. I saw her going into the woods and I followed her. There, she met another troll but I still can't recognise who it is because it's really dark. Poppy , then lightened her hair , but the mystery troll didn't. I guess he wants to be careful but thankfully Poppy's hair brightened his face and what I saw was..... shocking and really interesting. Poppy kissing none other than.....
BRANCH.
He's gonna pay for stealing my girl. I'm wondering what Viva is going to say about that ? 
I went to Poppy's pod and Viva was sleeping. I tried not to wake her up and I found Branch's card for Poppy in one of her scrapbooks.
Poppy's Pov
"Poppy ! Why did you do that ?"
"I'm sorry, but I need to tell you something and i can't do this in the dark."
"What's wrong? Did Creek do something to you ?"
"No , he didn't. But he will to you."
"What do you mean?"
He was frozen. I can't stand seeing him like this. I gave him the letter that Creek gave me as a present at my birthday party. 
"What's this?"
"Read it." 
Sweet Poppy,
I know that something's going on with you. I've seen you walking into the woods at night. I've seen the fear in your eyes. I know that you're meeting with someone. He is really lucky that I haven't found out who it is , yet . But when I find out , he's gonna get it. He's going to pay for stealing my girl , and so will you .

Creek. 
"Branch...."
"Don't say it Poppy."
"You know that I have to."
He started tearing up. I'm trying to hold my tears as well.
"You know that I love you so much , but I'm not gonna let you risk your life for me. Besides, you know that all this , shouldn't have happened. Viva would never forgive me for that." 
He looked down. 
"You and I.....this has to.....stop." I said and a tear streamed down my face.
He couldn't take it anymore. He was ready to break down. I couldn't seeing him like that so I decided to leave. It's for the best.
"Branch, I hope you understand. I want to protect you from Creek. Besides, I think that you'd fallen in love with the wrong troll. You were always meant to be with Viva."
"Actually this isn't for you to decide. I don't regret falling in love with you."
When he said that , I couldn't handle it anymore and I left. 
Branch's Pov
I can't believe it. I know that everything she is doing is for me. She wants everyone to be okay even though she might not be. But I can't handle this. I can't do anything without her. I totally understand Clay right now. I can't go to my bunker. I can't face my brothers now.
I stayed here and I broke down.

I was sitting on the grass and a voice sounded.....
"What's wrong, bud?"
"Who said that ?" I said in a careless voice 
"It wasssssssssssssssssssss ME."
"Cloud guy, it's not the right time." 
Cloud guy did his usual pranks but I didn't react. 
"You're not mad at me ?"
"No , cloud guy."
"What happened? Something happened with Poppy ?"
"How did you know about that ? "
" First of all , you didn't chase me or screamed for the pranks that I just did to you , and secondly , I know everything that's happening in troll village. Besides, I'm a cloud, I can see everything from up there."
"Then you know that Poppy broke up with me." 
"Actually no. I was busy." 
"Now you know." 
"Don't be mad at her , Branch. Everything she does , she does it for you and you know that." 
"I'm not mad. Not even a little bit. But I don't know what I'm feeling right now." 
Cloud guy just stared at me
"It's like a part of me died."
Branch was already grey , but Poppy's colours became blurrier. They started fading away.
