"Gabriel?"

A jolt went through his body as he heard someone say his name. He hadn't been called by it in so long. Down here he was boy. Bitch. Even just Angel when Asmodeus was particularly pleased about something, but never Gabriel. He scanned the room, his eyes landing on Sam. He saw the man slumped onto the floor a dead look in his eyes and the angel behind him, Michael continued to move behind him. He had been in that same position enough times to know what was happening.

Michael continued to thrust into sam until he climaxed, spilling his seed inside the hunters body. He leaned down to whisper in Sam's ear again.

"Come on Sam. Say yes."

Sam stiffened beneath him, and he knew something had changed with the hunters thoughts. He was no longer willing. He knew what Sam was going to say before he opened his mouth.

" Never! I will never be your mate! Either of you. Do what you want to me, but I will not agree!"

Anger coursed through Michael, he lifted sam up, turning him around and slamming his already broken body against the bars of the cage. He leaned cin, inches away from Sam's face and hissed.

"You will break. I will break you!"

A whimper escaped Sam, he had known this would be the end. Just because Michael had been gentle with his body, did not mean that he had a different goal than Lucifer. He wanted out. And to do that he needed the power from a mate bond.

Michael backed away, letting sam fall to the floor with a moan, his whole body in pain.

"Fine then. Let's begin. Asmodeus, are you really the only one coming?"

"Why yes I believe I am. You see I have the answer to your problem, and I am in need of a new toy. How about a switch?"

Sams head shot up, his eyes locking on the demon before looking down at Gabriel. One look was all he needed to know that he could not survive if he was traded. Gabriel must have had the same thought because he instantly came alive st the words and sight of sam. Their eyes locked and Gabriel felt something come alive in him again. He saw what his brothers had done Sam, the one person who Gabriel valued most in the world. Sam was sweet and caring and he would lay down his life for anyone that he cared about. He could see now what has been happening. His brothers have been trying to force a bond with sam, trying to break him and give him no choice but to agree.

Gabriel was pissed.

Sam saw the glint in Gabriel's eyes, hoping that it meant the archangel would be willing to help him escape the fathe that their captors had in mind for him. He silently pleaded with himself,  with God and with Gabriel, for just one chance to escape. He watched as Asmodeus lead Gabriel to the edge of the cage. He was eye to eye with the angel now, he felt something in him stir, a defiance and will to live that he had long since stopped feeling, but it was back now with full force. He didn't know what Gabriel was planning, but he nodded anyways, letting him know that what ever it was, he would go along with.

"What do you think we can do with him Asmodeus? He is all tapped out thanks to you."

Lucifer just grinned down at his baby brother, feeling very much superior even in a cage. Asmodeus laughed, his voice making Gabriel shudder in disgust.

"I have many viles of his grace. Enough so that you both will be able to pop out of that box and do as you please. No need for a mate bond with a pathetic human, just pure power of your own. What do you say Lord Lucifer?"

Asmodeus was solely addressing him at this point, he snapped his fingers and two low level demons brought in three crates full of small glass cylinders, all full of Gabriel's grace. They set them down beside Asmodeus on the floor and walked out. Gabriel looked the the crates, then looked at Sam. He nodded his head once. Sam knew what he intended to do. They just had to wait a few more seconds.

"Deal."

Sam felt the door of the cage shudder as it opened just enough for him to be pushed through. Asmodeus motioned for Gabriel to put the grace in the cage, he could not hold his focus of keeping the cage cracked while doing it. Sam didn't stop to wonder why he was able to be pushed out, but the others couldn't follow yet. The cage was built to house arch angels, not humans. Sam looed to Gabriel and the angel stood up.

"Like hell Deal."

Gabriel used what little strength he had to tackle Asmodeus to the ground, breaking the concentration that was holding the cage open. He wasn't strong enough to kill him, but he could hold him for a few moments, just long enough for sam.

"Break the glass!"

He yelled to sam who immediately began dumping the crates over and letting the viles shatter. All at once Gabriel's grace rushed back into him. Hie eyes glowed a bright gold color and his wings spread wide, covering the room In shadows. In one motion he burned Asmodeus's soul to nothing, leaving his captor dead on the ground.

Lucifer and Michael shrieked,  a sound so high and blood curdling that the walls began to shake. Sam instinctively dropped to the floor, his entire being shaking from. Fear, but they could not get to him now. Unfortunately that was not the goal of their yells. At once, hundreds of demons spilled into the room surrounding the two bloody boys. Sam stayed where he was, defeat etched into his face.

Gabriel on the other hand was not about to let them be taken again. He closed the room to sam before anyone could reach them and scooped him into his arms. Without hesitation, he flapped his massive wings and broke through the wall of demons, making his way through the halls. He held Sam close as they finally approached the gate, using his newly returned grace, Gabriel busted through the barricade and they were free.

Gabriel kept flying, unsure of where they were going, but knowing he had to get them as far away from the gate as possible. He didn't think any demons had been able to follow them out, but he could not be sure.

He flew for hours before he began to feel the adrenaline wearing off and his body began to hurt. He had to land soon. He spotted a motel down on the road, they should be far enough away now he hoped. He landed in front of the door to one of the vacant rooms, snapping his fingers to unlock and open it. Once he walked in, he barely had time to lay Sam on the bed, lock the door, and ward the room to hide their presence before he collapsed onto the floor, blacking out completely.
