Kassidy hadn't heard from Stefan in a few days. She has texted him a few times but he hasn't responded. She decided she would talk to him whenever she saw him again.
Kassidy, Caroline, and Bonnie were all in Caroline's room. Bonnie was looking at a candle, but it wouldn't light.
"Why won't this light? It worked before." Bonnie says
"Because deep down you don't want it to work. You don't want to be a witch. You're still scared of it. If you embrace who you truly are, then it will work, like instinct." Kassidy says and Bonnie sighs.

Bonnie, Kassidy, and Elena were talking by the lockers when they see Bailey promoting the Sexy Suds Car Wash that Caroline planned. 
"Unbelievable. It's like nothing happened." Elena says
"She's in denial." Bonnie says
"Let her keep up the front. If you pretend long enough that you are okay, you eventually will be." Kassidy says and Stefan approaches them.
"Hey." Stefan says
"Hey. You know, I gotta go. Be somewhere right now." Bonnie says before walking away
"And I got to go with her." Kassidy says before pointing at Stefan, "We will be talking later, B.M." She says to him and he nods. Kassidy then follows after Bonnie, leaving the couple alone.

"Hey, Stefan." Kassidy says as she walks up to Stefan as he is leaving. "Where have you been?"
"Dealing with Damon." Stefan responds
"How?"
"Put him in the basement, took his ring, and he is surrounded by vervain, and I'm not giving him blood."
"Why are you doing all this?"
"Because he's dangerous."
"To the town or your relationship with Elena?" Kassidy asks. Stefan doesn't answer. "Look, Stefan. Damon is a vampire." She says, lowering her voice. "I don't agree with him killing people. He could use blood bags or snatch, eat, erase, but you are worried about him exposing you to Elena, not about wanting him to change for the better. You want to keep playing happy relationship with her, without telling her about what you are, who you are. Face it, Stefan. You're a vampire too and you need to accept it." She said and she walked away.

Enzo was sitting on the couch in his apartment watching Kassidy pace back and forth, venting about Stefan.
"Don't get me wrong. Damon is a colossal ass and deserves some form of pain for what he did to you, but what Stefan is doing isn't about stopping Damon from killing people, or even about trying to make him change for the better. It's all because he wants to keep lying to Elena and playing happy relationship with her. I mean their whole relationship is built on secrets and he blames Damon for any problems he has with Elena. Damon is trying to put a wedge between them, but Stefan keeping secrets is what is really causing all the trouble."
"So you don't like that Stefan is harming Damon?"
"I don't care that he has Damon locked up. He deserves a little pain for what he did to you. What I care about is that he is doing this only because of Elena. He wants to keep hiding from her and from himself. He doesn't accept that he is a vampire and with Damon around, he knows Elena will find out and he will have to accept it himself." She says and Enzo nods.
