Rome leaned against the tree trunk, tears streaming down his face. The small icon on his phone showed no signal, making him cry even more. At least Pick knew what happened and hopefully come to his rescue.
"Rome, honey!" Din's voice reached him from the distance. Rome immediately panicked, jumping to his feet. He couldn't stay here. Din was somewhere around and searching for him. Looking around, he tried to assess in which direction their camp could be. He remembered talking to Din about climbing the nearby mountain because the steep descent from the other side of the peak could bring them to the nice meadow but his senior didn't want to walk that far. So if he searches for the mountain, he can guess where to go next. Rome looked around once more and headed where the forest seemed sparse.

Pick's POV
Pick felt like an absolute dick for yelling at Rome but to his defence, the younger asked for it. How dare he travel alone with that asshole? Until the last minute, he hoped Rome was joking, but he didn't and diapered with Din into the wilderness alone. Not that he cared about Rome or anything. It was Din who made his skin crawl. When the first photos from his junior arrived, Pick just ignored them. Or he tried. He couldn't help it and be petty. Picking his phone, he typed the sarcastic message.
"I see you are having fun."
It didn't take long and his mobile rang. Rome's name popped up, making him snicker. He picked up the call and barked at the younger.
"What do you fucking want?"
"Help.... P'Din... crazy... Attacked me... I ran... got lost." Rome's crying voice startled him. His heart stopped beating for a second. This couldn't be happening. Not to his Rome.
"He attacked you? Fucker. I will get you Rome. Keep the phone close and hide. I will find you, I swear." The call got disconnected and Pick cursed. He tried to dial Rome's number but the call didn't go through. Pick was scared and angry.
