I don't know what Y/n said to Ironwood over the scroll, but the stunt he pulled had Ironwood, for lack of a better term, very pissed off. Qrow was laughing loudly at the General, while Blake heard everything and stood there dumbfounded at Y/ns continued brazenness.

Ruby: What did he say to get that reaction?

Qrow: Who cares pipsqueak! That was funny as hell!

I couldn't help but let a giggle out with Qrow. Its amazing how similar those two are to each other. Ironwood glared at the two of us before looking to Winter. She didn't even need to be told. The two soldiers who escorted us in here stayed silent the whole time but was clearly shaken by how close they came to getting blown up. Little did they know that if nothing else, I've got my Glyphs and would've used them to protect everyone in the room. Knowing Y/n, that rocket launcher would've most likely been used more of a tool to get in than to actually hurt anyone in here, especially with us in the room.

Winter: Get them out of those cuffs before I hurt you myself.

The soldiers both looked at Winter confused before she put her hand on her sword. This spurred the two to start undoing the cuffs around our wrists. Funnily enough, both stumbled to get mine off first since they recognized me, and was apparently aware of our relation. To be fair, it was very obvious.

Once the cuffs dropped off of me, they moved onto the rest of the group. All the while, they were pleading and apologizing profusely. They clearly believed that Winter would inflict pain on them if they didn't comply. As they were, Penny entered the office. Seeing us, she excitedly ran up to us.

Penny: Oh wonderful! Your here!

Ruby: Hey Penny....

Once everyones cuffs were off, Ironwood simply raised his hand and gestured for them to leave. Once they left, we stayed in complete silence. Ironwood pulled up security footage from the elevator and sure enough, Y/n was there along with several armed soldiers. One made the mistake of pressing the barrel of his rifle into his back. The elevator had audio so the immediate fear became that maybe Ironwood heard what we had talked about in the elevator. Then I remembered he was more interested in the missing airship.

Y/n barely turned his head to look at the soldier. The rest of them raised their rifles up slightly, preparing for a fight. I felt a pang of fear.... Not for Y/n, but for the soldiers. Y/n specialized in close quarters fighting, even if he preferred to use his pistols. That's not to mention that he doesn't fight like a Huntsman, even though he was trained like one. He was more interested in ending the fight as quickly, and as brutally as possible. Which is why when Y/n spoke, I believed every word of his threat.

Red Hood: You've got three seconds to get that gun out of my back. Now.

Soldier: Or what?

Red Hood: Or I will use it to beat you within a inch of you life.

The soldier promptly backed off and gave him a little space. The threat sounding much more like a promise than anything. It never ceases to amaze me how he can inspire fear through words. Y/ns greatest weapon is his way of getting people afraid of him. It's funny in a way since when people get to know him, he's one of the nicest people you'd meet, even through the sarcasm.

Ironwood changed the camera over to the hallway just outside his office. As the elevator arrived, the armed group escorted Y/n to the office. As they went to knock, Y/n walked straight past them and opened the door without waiting. As they opened, the soldiers all raised their weapons and aimed at Y/ns back. For just a second, I thought he was about to get shot when Ironwood spoke.
