Let's start:
Since the war ended, Jaune has been busy, especially after being declared the new ruler of the island, now renamed Pandemonium, and the new capital city, 'The Millennium Capital' 
The people decided to focus on building the castle first, despite Jaune telling them time and time again to focus on civilian housing first. However, the people wanted Jaune to move into the domain as quickly as possible. 
Luckily, Winter and Elizaveta talked to the architect when they were designing the castle. While having the traditional design reminiscent of Mistral, or Japanese for Tamamo, other parts were more according to Vale's design, even having a separate building to have that design for personal use. This was mainly done for Sasha, Winter, Elizaveta, Neo, and Jaune, to some extent due to preference. 
At the same time, Jaune, as promised to the clan heads before the coronation, was working them overtime, especially Yae Miko. 
The godslayer gave each clan leader a responsibility. Jaune had Ayato send a few people to help fill certain roles, and one of the girls worked closely with them as Jaune's proxy.
Starting with the Kujou clan and the Sangonomiya clan being given military positions. While the clan works together, the person in charge will change depending on the time. In times of peace, the Sangonomiya clan will be in charge, but in times of war, the Kujou clan will be in charge. It was agreed upon by the respective clan leaders, with Winter working with them to train the soldiers with the help of Sasha and Elizaveta.
Next is the Hiiragi clan, with Elizaveta's assistance, which managed finance and, thanks to some of the foreign soldiers who decided to stay, used connections and acquaintances to also manage trade. 
The Kaedehara clan, due to their history and reputation as noble samurai, was placed in peacekeeping, with Sasha working and training them to help the people of the island with small tasks or in times of crisis to help people in need.
The Hakushin clan, while publicly Miko and Elizaveta cooperate together as foreign diplomats however only known to the leaders and the girls, mainly Neo, who work with them on spying and intelligence gathering on matters both domestic and foreign.
Finally, the Kamisato clan, with Tamamo and Ayaka, trained people in new skills and techniques to help. While Ayato works on gathering material and developing land with Cocytus and Hayato's help.
Even despite the delegated task, Jaune was still buried in work. Still, thanks to the girls, Jaune manages to make time to even return to Remnant, if only briefly, to update his parents as well as the magic organizations that have assisted him thus far.
At the moment, Jaune was at the Sacred Sakura Shrine, sitting by the tree, watching Latifa play with some kids as Miko was informing him about the clan's situation and duties. 
Jaune: "Is that about it?"
Miko: "Yes, thus far, each clan has taken their duties like fish to water, though that is only thanks to the support you sent."
Jaune: "Good, and the negotiation with foreign traders?"
Miko: "Mostly thanks to Elizaveta and her connections, we will be starting trade soon. I say by the end of the month, give or take, considering those from Olmutz are making it easy."
Jaune: "From what I remember, part of the territory the organization Zchted controls is run by someone who owes Sasha a favor."
Miko: "Thanks to her, things are going smoothly, but that's not what you are here for, are you?"
