Reaching Máoyī

                                    

                                          
It's been 4 months since we left the Witches Kingdom. Me and Banshee sat by the campfire. I changed into clothes that fit more with the Regions style. I wore a brown Hanfu Robe now. 
"How much longer will it take to get to Máoyī?" Banshee asked.
"Don't know. It shouldn't be too far. We've been traveling for a while."
"We haven't even gotten any more clues about your sister. We don't even know anything about my memories either. Do you think we should find the God of Màoyi?"
"If we have the chance to talk to him. Maybe."
I ate the food we got from a nice trader.
"We should have asked that guy if he knew where Màoyi was." 
"If only food wasn't all we were thinking about at that time."
She laughed. 
"Wasn't it odd though?" I asked.
"Huh?"
"That guy. He said he's never seen a fairy like you. He said they are smaller than you. Way smaller and don't have pointy ears or clothes for that matter."
"Maybe... Banshee is one of a kind?" She joked. She yawned and started getting sleepy.
"You going to sleep?" I asked.
"Mhm..." Her voice trailed off before passing out. She had a rough day.
I decided to get sleep after that.
When we woke up we began to travel again. We traveled a few more miles before I began to see some large pillars in the distance.
"Are those... Mountains?" Banshee asked.
There was many of them that stretched up into the sky. We kept walking until we found a small bridge. It led to a small area of land where water surrounded it. A large Ruin Guard was walking just beyond the bridge.
"How many of these do we have to fight?" I said annoyed.
I'm a completely different person than what I was 2 months ago. I've surpassed my limit becoming far stronger. I could easily handle this Ruin Guard if it's anything like the previous one.
We walked over the bridge and up to the guard. As soon as it saw us it began attacking. I held my blade to fight and suddenly.
Shing BOOM!
The robot was sliced in half and it blew up. I covered my face to block the dust getting in my eye. When the dust settled there was a swordswoman. She had short purple hair and wore purple robes. She sheathed her blade.
"Woah!" Banshee said excitedly.
She turned around. Her eyes were fierce looking. She looked serious.
"Are you a traveler?" She asked.
"You could say that." I responded.
"Where are you headed?" 
"Máoyi. Specifically the city."
"You are already within the region. You'll find the city if you continue going straight. There's an inn nearby if you need to rest."
"Thanks for the tip. Who are you?"
"Yang Jiao."
"Nice to meet you. My name is Astro."
"And I'm Banshee!" 
"Right. I have to go. Good luck."
"Hey-" She disappeared instantly like she teleported.
"She's fast!" Banshee cried.
I couldn't even follow her speed with my eyes. Who is she?
"We should get going. No time to waste!" Banshee said. 
I nodded and we began to travel again. We found the inn after walking for a few minutes. It was huge. Unlike the other inns it wasn't normal. It was ontop a tree with stairs leading all around the tree to reach it. The tree was at least a dozen times bigger than the one in Cavindale.
"Astro! Look!" Banshee tugged in my cape.
I turned around. "What is it?" I asked.
She pointed in the distance. It was a statue. Looked exactly like the one from Cavindale but slightly different. We walked up to it. It was a large pillar with someone sitting on the top on a small throne. It wore a hood and held a stone in its hand.
"Hey! Maybe this is the Earth God. Maybe you should touch it like the one you did in Cavindale."
I placed my hand on it. The statue began to glow and just like before my body began to show weird tattoos. Instead of blue it was golden. I lifted my hand from it. I felt stronger. It felt like my body had grown stronger tenfold.
"Woah! Do you think you can use the Earth Gods power?" Banshee asked.
"We could test it out?"
Banshee nodded and squealed with joy.
I found a random broken down wall that I wanted to test on. I focused my energy into the palm of my hand. I didn't know what else to create so I slammed it into the ground. Earth spikes sprouted out of the ground at high speeds and smashed into the wall completely destroying it.
"Woah!" Banshee yelled with stars in her eyes.
I was stunned by how much power I had received.
"Astro?" Banshee asked.
"Yeah?" 
"Do you think you could beat that Sabrina person?"
"I-" I thought about it for a second. "I don't think so. If we come across her. I might be able to put up more of a fight."
"We should get revenge for what she did to Gale!" 
I nod.
After obtaining the Earth Gods power. Me and Banshee set off to make it to the city before the sun set.
