"KARA! KARA! KARA!" The crowd inside Columbia University's gymnasium were chanting their golden girls name. She is the reason that they were ahead of the opposing team. Lena sat with Alex, and Andrea all of them were intensely watching Kara sink basket after basket. They'd snap pictures, record short videos all so they could send them to Eliza. "THAT'S MY FIANCÉ!" Lena yelled out as Kara dunked the ball. Kara was on fire tonight! She assisted her teammates making points. Now there was only two minutes left in the game Columbia was ahead by fifteen points. "YASS! THAT'S MY BABY SISTER!" Alex yelled as Kara snatched the ball from someone and passed it to another player.

Lena pulled out her phone and started a video call with Eliza just as the timer said thirty seconds. Eliza was happy to see her daughter playing basketball. She was in her element on the court or field. 'BZZZZZZZZ!' The sound of the buzzer went off and the game was over Columbia 'Lady Hawks' had won their first game. "Oh my daughter won! Thank you for showing me this Lena. Now go congratulate your fiancé, and have her call me when she's home." Eliza said as the call ended.

Kara finished up in the locker room and came out with a group of girls along with her. At first Lena was jealous but that quickly failed when Kara came running over to her pulling her into a kiss. "Lee!" She gasped as they pulled apart. "Kara! Congratulations my love!" Lena replied. "Thank you Lee! Oh these are some of my teammates. Girls! This is Lena...my fiancé!" Kara gushed. "It's nice to meet you Lena! Kara told us all about you. Oh I'm Jennifer, point guard. Kara's one hell of a player, say if you guys aren't doing anything tonight, we're all gonna go grab some food...you can join us if you want." Jennifer said. Kara looked at Lena. "We actually have plans. But thank you...maybe next time." Lena replied as she wrapped her arm around Kara. Jennifer watched them leave before heading off with the rest of the team.

"I am so proud of you my love. You played so well. I got some amazing pictures and even called Eliza in the last half minute of the game. She saw you win." Lena cooed as they walked to the car. "Thank you Lee. I'm glad you came to watch me today. It means a lot." Kara replied. "I told you I'd always come even to away games if I can. Now...Alex is ordering somewhere around thirty pizzas and Andrea is bringing alcohol...we're celebrating your first win as a college athlete. Now I know you can't get drunk or anything but it'll still be fun." Lena explained. "I'm looking forward to it either way. Come on Lee let's go home." Kara replied as Lena drove them back to the townhouse.
