Yaman set the blankets on the ground in preparation for their little picnic. Rüya had made all sorts of foods for their date. It felt amazing to spend some time alone after such a hectic and crazy times. Maybe it would be good to just be together and talk about whatever they wanted.

Rüya started placing the items on the blanket and showed proudly each individual item. Yaman smiled at her enthusiasm.

She had cooked for him that one time awhile ago, but he ended up being unable to taste any of it. Now he had another chance.

"Do you want tea or water?" Rüya asked while contemplating on which beverage to pour.

"Tea, please." He answered.

She smiled and chose the thermo bottle. Rüya's face was cute when she concentrated on pouring the tea for him.

"For how long did you plan this?" He asked.

"I have wanted to spend some one-on-one time with you, but life has been... Well, you know." Rüya explained and reached the tea cup over to him.

Yaman nodded and sipped the tea. Life indeed had been crazy. The scenery was so peaceful, something he had missed for a while now.

"I told you that I came here when you broke up with me, right?" Rüya said. She was looking at the pond with a slight smile.

Yaman just looked at Rüya, waiting for her to continue.

"I was a mess, but seeing this scene made my heart more peaceful. I knew it would be even better with you here." She continued and looked at Yaman with a smile.

"Yeah... We should do these things more often in the future, don't you think?" Yaman said.

"I agree. I would be content with that kind of life. Us just going to places together. Seeing things and experiencing mundane things." Rüya said.

"Our life has been anything but mundane. I understood how fragile it all is when I got shot." Yaman said.

"You know, when I heard about that... I actually just fainted, it didn't feel real. Then when I woke up in the bed, I realized it was not a nightmare. I just couldn't believe it..." Rüya said with a heavy heart.

"Rüya, when Alaz was pointing the gun at me, all I could think about was that you were under the impression that I didn't love you. That ate me up. I regretted not telling you everything." Yaman said. He was mixing his yoghurt to busy his hands.

Rüya looked at him with a meaningful smile.

She took a bite of her sandwich. Yaman continued eating his yoghurt. Both of them had regrets. Some of them were difficult to talk about.

Everything had happened so quickly Rüya hasn't had the chance to properly talk about the things that had bothered her for a while.

"Yaman, I know everything was muddled up and in knots between us, but in my heart I did feel your love. I really had no right to judge you after the whole incident with Deniz..." She said.

Yaman smiled. Yeah, that was a whole other can of worms.

"But I learned a lot from that experience. I learned that we need to stick together. Trying to solve our problems alone has not worked out thus far, so let's try sticking together from now on, okay?" Rüya continued.

"Hmm... I like that. Why are you sitting over there. I think we should start with sticking together on this blanket." Yaman said. He put on his most charming smile to enchant Rüya.

Rüya smiled and inched closer to him.

"Is this enough?" She teased.

"Not even close." Yaman said. He spread his arms to invite her to cuddle with him.
