His face was a storm of emotions—anger, betrayal, and deep, unyielding hurt.

"Why didn't you tell me, Jungkook? Why the hell  you didn't tell me about my father death?"

Jungkook flinched at the harshness in Taehyung's voice. He opened his mouth to speak, but Taehyung wasn't finished.

What the fuck were you thinking?" Taehyung's eyes blazed with fury. "Do you have any idea how much this hurts? How much it kills me to know that you knew and you said nothing?"

Jungkook lifted his head, meeting Taehyung's gaze with a mixture of guilt and determination. "Hyung, I..."

"No, Jungkook! There's no excuse! You don't get to make decisions like this for me!" Taehyung's voice cracked, his hands trembling with the effort to hold back tears. "Do you have any idea what it's like to lose a parent and not even know that?

"Hyung, please listen to me. I know I made a mistake. I know it was wrong not to tell you. But I did it because I thought it was best for you."

"Best for me?" Taehyung scoffed, the sarcasm in his voice a thin veil over his pain. "Fuck off Jungkook i dont want any explanation?"

"You had your final exams," Jungkook said quietly. "On that day you said this exam only decides  your future  you said this is your dream . And You were under so much pressure, and I didn't want to add to it. I didn't want you to fail because of this. I wanted you to have one less thing to worry about, "

Taehyung's anger faltered for a moment, replaced by a flicker of understanding. But it was quickly buried under a fresh wave of rage. "You don't get to decide what's too much for me to handle, Jungkook! I'm not a child. I deserved to know. I had a right to be there, to mourn, to say goodbye."

"I know, Hyung. I know, and I'm so sorry. I just... I didn't want to see you break."

Taehyung shook his head, tears finally spilling down his cheeks. "You don't get it, do you? I would have rather broken a thousand times over than be kept in the dark like this. I needed to know. I needed to be there for him. And now... now I'll never get that chance."

Jungkook stayed silent for a moment

Taehyung's anger began to wane, replaced by a deep, aching sadness. He looked at Jungkook, seeing the sadness in his eyes, the genuine sorrow in his voice. "I don't know if I can forgive you for this, Jungkook. Not yet."

Jungkook nodded, accepting the pain and the blame. "I understand hyung.

Taehyung closed his eyes, trying to calm the storm inside him. "Just... give me some time. He said and began to cough

Taehyung's deep voice broke the silence. "Do you have any water?

Jungkook glanced over at Taehyung, He nodded and began to search the car for a bottle of water.

"Hold on, hyung," Jungkook muttered, his voice muffled as he bent further to check under the seats.

As Jungkook continued his search, Taehyung's curious hands roamed around the dashboard, absent mindedly pressing buttons. Suddenly, with a soft click, a hidden compartment popped open near the passenger seat. Taehyung's eyes widened in surprise as he peered inside.

within the small compartment was a full of chocolates and an assortment of condoms, neatly arranged in their packaging. Taehyung's mouth fell open, a mix of shock and amusement playing across his features. He turned to look at Jungkook, who was still with his search.

Just then, Jungkook found the water bottle and  held it up. "Got it! Here you go, hyung."

He turned to hand the bottle to Taehyung, and his eyes followed Taehyung's gaze to the now-open compartment. Jungkook's expression shifted  to embarrassment in an instant. His cheeks flushed a deep crimson as he realized what Taehyung had discovered.

"Uh, that's...," Jungkook stammered, his voice barely above a whisper. He looked away, scratching the back of his head awkwardly.

Taehyung, recovering from his initial shock, took the water bottle and quickly shut the compartment with a loud snap. The sound echoed through the car, causing Jungkook to flinch. The moment hung in the air, heavy with unspoken questions and nervous tension.

For a few beats, neither of them spoke. The car seemed to grow quieter,

Taehyung finally broke the silence, his voice gentle . "You're really changed Jungkook."

Jungkook let out a nervous laugh, the sound almost a relief in the heavy atmosphere. "Yeah w-well i am 20 now ," he said, trying to inject some humor into his words.

"I'm not a kid anymore." Taehyung turned to face him, his expression softening. "I know," he said, his voice gentle. "It's just... sometimes I forget how fast you're growing up."

Taehyung was silently standing beside him, sensing the weight of Jungkook’s words. The elevator ride was silent, the hum of the machinery the only sound. When the doors opened, they stepped into a long, dimly lit hallway that led to a room
