Sean didn't know when he reached the point of not caring about anything else but White's safety, but he was determined to stay there. And if the temporary mark or whatever could help him get rid of that idiot Todd, he would gladly accept it. 
"Temporary mark is something not so common between the demon companions." White started to explain. 
"It's usually used between not-fated pairs as a mark of belonging. It prevents other demons from taking your partner. It lasts only a few weeks before it needs to be recreated."
Sean nodded in understanding.
"What should we do?" He asked, facing his little demon.
"I have to bite you." White touched the crook of his neck with the tip of his fingers. 
"And then?" Sean's breath hitched as he looked straight into the White's beautiful eyes. The fingers lightly travelled towards his mouth, caressing his lower lip. 
"I will feed you my blood." The words coming out of those sinful lips didn't seem that bad to Sean.
"That's disgusting." Yok's comment pulled them out of their small bubble. 
"Disgusting or not, it will help us against Todd for now." Gumpa folded his arms against his chest. 
"Do it. There is no time." Black growled. Sean glanced at the other demon and the entrance. He was nervous as hell, but he trusted his little demon baby. 
"Go on, baby." Sean tilted his head, exposing his neck and waited.
