The First Battle... For Luis-

                                    

                                          
After about a whole hour, Luis barely gets into the battlefield, me and Rylee head into the Stadium to watch his battle.
Speakers: "Let the match between Luis and Gabriel- BEGIN!!!" Everyone roars in excitement and the two send out their first Pokemon.
Luis sends out Pikachu and Gabriel sends out a Venomoth. Pikachu's cheeks spark and Venomoth flutters to Pikachu.
They yell but with so much commotion from the Audience, I can't hear a thing. Pikachu charges at Venomoth and Venomothuses Sleep Powder.
At the sametime Pikachu uses Thunder Wave and they both get a status condition. Pikachu falls asleep and Venomoth becomes Paralyzed.
Venomoth then uses Psychic and slams it to the ground many times. That finally wakes Pikachu up.
Pikachu uses Thunderbolt and it misses and Venomoth redirects it to the ground. Pikachu then gets hit by a Gust and it stops using Psychic, Pikachu getting sent all the way back.
Pikachu gets up weakly and Venomoth uses Solar Beam after using Psychic on Pikachu, again, to keep it still.
Pikachu gets hit by the Solar Beam when it gets charged up and Pikachu goes limp on the ground. Pikachu has fainted.
"Damn... this guy isn't messing around. Luis might be in trouble." Rylee: "Yeah... GO LUIS!!!"
Luis then switch Pikachu into Charizard. Charizard spew flames and glares at Venomoth. Venomoth getd paralyzed and stops in its spit.
Charizard flies forward and Venomoth gets back inyo tbe battle using Sleep Powder and Gust to try and put Charizard to sleep, but Charizard uses Fly to avoid it.
Everyone looks up as Charizard then charges down. Venomoth then uses Psychic and slams it down.
Charizard tries to get up but gets pinned down. Venomoth's Paralyze then keeps it still before getting closer to use Sleep Powder but Charizard turns its head and uses Flamethrower.
It burns the powder and hits Venomoth. Venomoth backs away and coughs. Charizard then gets up and it uses Seismic Toss, taking the opportunity of it not attacking.
The two shout and Venomoth crashes into the ground. Suddenly Charizard jumps back and glows as it gets into a stance.
"Did... Charizard use Swords Dance?" Rylee: "It seems so..."
Charizard then uses Fly and Venomoth uses Solar Beam, preparing to strike. But the Solar Beam is barely off and Charizard crashes into Venomoth, slamming it into the ground.
Venomoth finally faints and the guy returns it. I can see from afar that Luis is excited and Charizard is pumped.
Gabriel then sends out Rhydon and it spins its horn before charging forward. As Rhydon then uses Rock Slide, rocks appearing from above. Charizard uses Seismic Toss, grabs Rhydon and then flies up enough fir the Rock Slide to hurt Rhydon as well, before slamming into the ground.
The two take damage and Charizard spreads it's wings, standing strong. Rhydon then drills through the rocks and Charizard uses Flamethrower.
Rhydon gets burned and it charges forward. It tries using Horn Drill but Charizard uses Fly, avoiding it.
As Charizard comes down, Rhydon uses Rock Slide and sends Charizard crashing down onto the ground.
Charizard faints.
"Damn... this might be a close one..."
Luis sends out Gyarados after returning Charizard and he smiles at the guy. He then presses onto the Key Stone and Gyarados shines brightly, it's Mega Stone reacting to it.
After Gyarados changes form and grows bigger and stronger, energy bursts from it.
It then suddenly shakes a bit before going into a fit of rage. Gabriel takes the opportunity and his Rhydon uses Horn Drill, hoping to Oh-Ko it.
But with some luck, Gyarados shoots Hydro Pump forward and it hits Rhydon. Defeating it in one hit.
Gyarados continues to go through its rage and fires more Hydro Pumps. Some people force themselves to avoid them from the stadium seats.
Rylee: "Shit... this is getting worse and worse!" Rylee and I stand up. Ready to run if something is to happen.
Gabriel then sends out Hitmonchan. Hitmonchan quickly charges forward to Gyarados, it's fist out to strike it.
Gyarados then notices it and starts thrashing about, damaging it enough that it gets sent flying back.
I see Luis trying to shout for it to stop and tries to return Gyarados but it whacks ts Pokeball away when it goes to attack Luis. The Pokeball slams into a wall and breaks.
I can see Luis's fear as me and Rylee head down the stairs of the Stadium. "LUIS!!!" Rylee: "Shit, shit, shit-"
Gabriel and Hitmonchan both start running to Luis and many people of security run in to stop Gyarados.
I can see Luis stepping back nervously as he confronts Gyarados, his body shaking in fear. His Gyarados then thrashes again and Luis and Hitmonchan get sent back.
Many Machamps then comes in and start attacking Gyarados with a fiery if Punches. Gyarados roars and turns around.
Hitmonchan then charges forward and uses Close Combat. Gyarados's eyes get big and its body glows as it falls onto the ground.
Luis falls to his knees and security leaves. Gabriel and Hitmonchan then fist bump and the speaker announce:
Speaker: "Phew... thank god that is over. Anyways- With that, G⁹abriel wins!" Gabriel smiles and walks to Luis, holding out his hand to help our friend up.
"Luis!" Me and Rylee then jump over the stadium bars and run to Luis. Rylee seems to be pushing herself to run even when I can tell she is struggling to breathe.
"Vee- Make sure Rylee gets her inhaler!" Vee hops off of my shoulder, jumps infront of Rylee and makes her stop running.
I continue to run to Luis and he grabs Gabriel's hand. Luis stands up, I can tell he is upset and a bit angry. But also... A bit scared.
"Luis! You ok?!" I breathe hard, trying to catch my breath and Luis stares at the ground and nods. Luis: "Yeah... just help me return Gyarados."
Luis turns to his Fainted Gyarados and then looks over at the broken Pokeball. I quickly check my bag for a Pokeball. "I only have this regular Pokeball..." Luis takes it and throws it at Gyarados.
It goes in and it shakes three times. It then 'Pings' and Gyarados gets caught again.
Luis and I then walk out if the stadium, Rylee and Vee catching up not far away.
When we sit down, Luis clinches his hands onto his jeans and looks down, frustrated.
Luis: "F-fuck!"
