Abhimanyu: (exasperated) So, Arjun Kapoor is flying down to Udaipur himself to seal the deal?
Harshvardhan: (nodding grimly) It seems so. This collaboration just became a whole lot more complicated.
Mahima: (thoughtful) We need to be prepared for anything. [Just then, Akshara enters , with her acting ]
Akshara: (anxiously) What's going on? Why does everyone look so tense?
Neil : (turning to Akshara) Bhabhi, Kapoor Group has accepted our proposal for collaboration, and Arjun Kapoor himself is coming to Udaipur to finalize the deal.
Akshara: ohh it is a good news
Harshvardhan: (nodding) Yes, that's the one. We need to make sure everything is in order for his visit.
[Akshara's eyes widen in realization that it is an opportunity to act as mahan bahu]
Akshara: (determined) I'll Also make sure everything is perfect for his arrival. We can't afford any missteps. So it is also my responsibility as the birla bahu.....
On next day in birla hospital 
[The hospital is adorned with festive decorations, as if preparing for a grand wedding. Staff members bustle about, adding final touches to the arrangements, while the Birla family anxiously awaits the arrival of Arjun Kapoor. As the clock ticks closer to the appointed time, a sleek black car pulls up to the entrance. Arjun Kapoor steps out, exuding confidence and charm, his presence commanding attention. [Akshara steps forward, a smile plastered on her face, eager to impress.]
Akshara: (excitedly) Mr. Kapoor, I've personally overseen all the arrangements for your visit. I hope you find everything to your liking.
[Arjun's smirk widens into a knowing grin as he looks at Akshara.]
Arjun Kapoor: (tauntingly) How charming. But let's not forget the reason for my visit-I'm here for a collaboration, not to attend a celebration.
[Akshara's smile falters and tension mounts between Akshara and Arjun Kapoor, Harshvardhan steps forward, attempting to diffuse the situation.]
Mahima : (calmly but firmly) Akshara, perhaps you're being a tad bit too enthusiastic. Mr. Kapoor is here for business, not festivities.
[Akshara's cheeks flush with embarrassment as she nods, realizing her mistake.]
Akshara: (apologetically) I'm sorry, Mr. Kapoor. I got carried away.
Arjun Kapoor: (directly to Harshvardhan) Now, let's get down to business. I'd like to see the upcoming plans for the hospital.
[Harshvardhan nods, and asks abimanyu to do the presentation. As the plans are presented, all eyes were on Arjun Kapoor .]
Arjun : (after a moment, looking up) These plans show promise. However, I must insist on a clause in our collaboration agreement.
[The room falls silent as all eyes turn to Arjun, waiting for his proposal.]
Arjun Kapoor: (firmly) Till the duration of the contract, Kapoor Group will hold 60% of the shares of Birla Hospital and will manage all operations. If this condition isn't agreeable, I cannot proceed with the collaboration.
Abhimanyu: Mr. Kapoor, while we appreciate your interest in collaborating, such a significant share transfer and complete operational control is not something we can agree to lightly. Our hospital has a legacy of its own, and we cannot simply hand over the reins without careful consideration.
Arjun : (tauntingly, with an undercurrent of anger) Careful consideration? It seems to me that you're more concerned about protecting your ego than ensuring the success of this collaboration. You have a choice, Mr. Birla-either accept my terms and secure the future of your hospital, or continue down the path of decline."
[Abhimanyu was angry and others shared worried glances, realizing the magnitude of Arjun's demand. Harshvardhan came forward to speak .]
Harshvardhan: (firmly) We accept your terms, Mr. Kapoor. The future of Birla Hospital depends on this collaboration.
[Arjun's lips curve into a satisfied smile, his gaze steely and determined.]
Arjun : (nodding) Excellent. I'll be staying in Udaipur for a while to oversee the transition. Tomorrow, the managing head of Kapoor Hospitals will join here officially . Her decisions will be final, and she will lead and control operations at Birla Hospital until the end of the contract period.
[Harshvardhan and the rest of the Birla family exchange wary glances, realizing the extent of Kapoor Group's influence over their hospital.]
Harshvardhan: (with a hint of resignation) Understood, Mr. Kapoor. We look forward to working with Kapoor Hospitals.
[Arjun nods once more before turning to leave, his presence casting a shadow of uncertainty over the future of Birla Hospital.]
