DRACOS POV 
"It wasn't, Tell her!" Amy shrieks, my aunts wand dragging alongside her jaw, "I was with Draco that day." 
"Liar." Is all I say, my aunts eyes beaming into Amy's. Eve smirks beside me, holding onto my hand. She squeezes it when she's amused, her slight giggles pricking up when Bella says something funny. 
"Those two were gone for days!" Amy shrieks. Fuck. "I was with him the day before they both vanished!" 
"Don't lie," eve shakes her head, looking down at Amy. Bella has her sights set on Amy, she believes us, thank god, "you know the truth, Amy." 
Amy looks up to me, hands tied behind her back, desperate seeming. I wonder what eve would look like tied up and find my mind ticking. I'm snapped from my thoughts, the flash sending Amie's heart to a stop. 
Bella inhales, exhales, "haven't done that in a while," she smiles, raises her brows as she looks at me, "you don't mind if your aunt Bella stays here for a while do you?" She grabs my shoulders, "this castle has a million rooms anyway." 
"Yeah," I nod, "however long you need." 
"That's my boy." She pinches my cheek and skips off, out of her little torture chamber.

EVES POV 
"So, you killed him?" Blaise asks, mouth wide with June propped on his chest, "like, bam? Just dead?"
I laugh at his comical choice of words.
"No no," pansy holds her hand up to interject, "Draco is now a vampire?" Pansy places her hand on her forehead, "I can't keep up with you pair." 
"Kai and Voldemort are both gone," Draco says, a subtle smile to his lips, "oh and Amy, you'd be glad to hear."
"I can get by that," blaise says, "she was a right nasty piece of work." 
Pansy nods, pulling her legs into her chest on the large sofa, "you have this whole castle to yourselves," she looks around, amazed, "crazy to think about all the shit we got up to in here back when it was Hogwarts, huh?" 
Again, I find myself laughing. We did stupid shit in here. Crazy stuff. Met crazy people, But now we're forced to rush into an adulthood we shouldn't be hurrying into. 
all thanks to my father. 
"Dead or alive," pansy says, staring off, "he's changed everything," blaise looks over to her, placing his hand on hers, "nothing will be the same, we've lost almost everyone." 
If only there where a way to bring people back. I'd bring Luna back within a heartbeat, she didn't deserve the way she died. Nobody did.

Draco beside me shifts in his seat, he still doesn't talk about his father. Something and someone he lost to Voldemort and his terrible plan. Yet Draco never really saw eye to eye with him, I'm sure there's some sort of guilt and remorse. 
"As long as the people in this room are safe, I don't care what happens," blaise smiles, bouncing June up and down, "we don't need anyone else anymore."
"I agree." Pansy strokes Junes cheek and grins at her so lovingly I wish I'd have received that kind of love from my mother. 
Draco talks up, "you keep talking about how big this place is, but eve doesn't want to stay here," pansy and blaise practically shoot from their seats, shocked, "she wants to go back to my manor, just me and her. Bella and mum can have this place, we don't need all the room anyway." 
"So you two are like," blaise stops himself, darts his eyes between Draco and I. They're both dying to ask it and probably have been for a while, "together?" 
Draco looks at me and I shake my head. I answer and it sounds foreign, unusual, "no." I lean back against the couch, crossing my legs. 
Blaise shakes his head, "you make no sense," he passes June over to pansy and holds both his hands up, "but do as you please, as long as you don't somehow die I don't care." 
I laugh as pansy gives him a look. 
They're perfect for each other.
"Can I hold her?" Bellatrix asks from behind Draco and I, sneaking her head around the door, "I haven't held a baby since my little kai was born." 
do I feel guilty? Yes. Absolutely. But kai was a bad man, filled with bad thoughts and bad decisions. Everything he did was bad. There was far too much bad over the good. 
"She's so beautiful." Bella stares down at her and holds her in her arms, stroking her cheek. Suddenly, Draco grabs my hand and pulls me from the seat, leaving blaise, pansy and Bella to natter. 
The corridor is empty, filled with nobody. His breath echos darkly as he looks down to me, "we need to stop being stupid now, eve," he strokes his thumb along my lip, cupping my cheek, "you're mine, okay? We are together." 
When I don't respond he jerks my chin a little, and I nod. He pulls his lips down to mine and closes them in a long, hard kiss. I throw my hands around him and hold him close to me, and feel him hugging what's his.
