SaintGabriel Beaumont must be out of his fucking mind if he thinks I will just do whatever he says after finding out what he has been doing behind my back.
With a swift movement, I turned around and made my way out of there. I didn't know where I was going, but I needed to leave that messed up place behind.
As I furiously made my way out, I passed Domenico, who noticed me. "Where are you going?" he asked, his voice tinged with concern.
"I'm leaving," I replied, my tone firm.
"What are you talking about? You can't leave," he insisted, already sounding exhausted.
I walked down the stairs, Domenico trailing behind me, trying to catch up. "I don't care. Call Cassio. I am leaving," I said.
We stood outside by the grand fountain, surrounded by a few other people. I turned to face Domenico, my arms crossed firmly over my chest. "Let's go," I told him, my voice determined.
"First he'll kill me, and then you if we leave now. Are you crazy!" Domenico protested, his voice tinged with panic.
"I am tired of this bullshit. I've had enough for tonight. I want to go home, Domenico, and you will make sure of that," I insisted, my frustration boiling over.
"Okay, so first of all—" he began, but I cut him off, pointing a finger at him. "Hey! Listen up now," I snapped. "You will shut your annoying mouth and do as I say."
"Shh, stop screaming. Everyone is watching us," Domenico said, looking around awkwardly.
"I don't care! I want to leave!" I declared, raising my voice even louder.
"My god, Saint, give me a break," Domenico muttered.
I gasped in disbelief. "You need a break? How come you need a break, Domenico? You haven't done shit other than being annoying," I shot back.
"Excuse you?" he retorted.
"Yeah," I said, crossing my arms defiantly.
We continued to go back and forth like this for a good ten minutes until I had had enough. "Hey, you know what?" I said, my frustration reaching its peak.
"What?" he snapped.
Without another word, I pushed him into the fountain, water splashing everywhere. The people around us started to gasp and mutter amongst themselves.
With that, I left him there and made my way to where all the cars were parked. I didn't really know where I was going, but I was sure I would find my way somehow.
As I walked, I heard a strange noise behind me. I glanced back but quickly turned my attention forward, only to walk straight into someone. I looked up to be met by a familiar set of pitch-black eyes.
"You really need to stop with that sneaky shit, it's getting weird," I told him.
"I wasn't being sneaky; you're just being dumb," he said.
"Are you done?" I asked, already annoyed by all of this.
"No."
