A Day With Duke

                                    

                                          
After eating, I offered to wash the dishes and Niffty did the other cleaning. I went back to my room and fixed myself up. I applied eyeliner... again. Curled the ends of my hair, I really need to make it wavy. I saw something in my hair accessories that I really like. It was a black headband with a certain design that makes it look spiky in front.
I wore the accessory and looked at the mirror, wow... slay.
I exited my room and went over to Duke's, I knocked on it and he opened the door.
"You're ready Kia?"
"Yep, what about you?"
"I'm good to go", he said and left his room closing the door. 
"Wait Duke did you baked the cupcakes yesterday?"
"Thought you didn't notice, yeah I did. Did you taste them?"
"Yeah they're good"
"Thanks"
With that we left. We passed through the lobby. Unfortunately, everyone was there and they saw us. Angel immediately took notice of this and smirked.
"Would you look at that, the two 'friends' going on a date~ How romantic~"
"N/n? Where are you guys going?", Charlie asked.
"Yeah! Where are you going?", followed by Niffty.
"Unlikely of you two to date so where are you going?", also followed by Vaggie.
"Guys geez, we're just gonna stroll around Pentagon city"
"Probably buy some things too", Duke added 
"Well then enjoy your little 'stroll' dear", Alastor said with a hum. 
"Enjoy pookies~", Angel teased sending a wink in my direction. I rolled my eyes at him.
"Take care you two", Vaggie simply said.
I waved them goodbye and went outside with Duke. Once we're outside I felt like this day is quite peaceful than the others. Maybe Cherri's turf war will start later.
"Where would you wanna go Kia?"
"Wait you haven't planned where we're gonna stroll?"
'Unbelievable gentleman'
"Of course I have, I'm just asking if you wanna go somewhere else first"
"Ooh! Ooh! Where did you plan to go to?", I asked curious and happy that he has indeed a plan.
"The arcade", he simply stated.
I wheezed in happiness hearing what he said.
"Let's go then!", I said strutting while following him. I was beyond excited and ecstatic. 
We took a taxi to hell's arcade. The car ride was fun, I get to see a lot of buildings. After like 15 minutes, the taxi stopped and Duke paid with a generous tip. 
'Honestly, how did this gentleman ended up in hell?'
We stepped foot inside a building and was welcomed by a lot of fun machines we can play with! There were claw machines, and devil but cute teddy bears. Stuff toys everywhere!
"Duke let's play that!", I pointed at a crane machine.
"Sure let's go", he smiled at me and we went to the machine.
It had 15 bears of which 5 black bears, 6 white, and 4 red bears are placed in random places. I tried getting the red bear but failed miserably... three times in a row.
