✎ ̼NOTES ⩩ only the leader makes the participation grades and submits the form. write it as you feel out of 10. don't discuss participation grades, just make sure that they're on the submitted form. leaders be wary, you should be honest about participation grades, the headmaster may adjust them if you aren't. ⩩ some factors to consider for the center: stage presence, dance, (depending on the song) charisma/aegyo. ⩩ leaders and centers are key teammates. high stats in their specific area aren't the only thing. activeness plays a role too! if the leader and center are barely active it wouldn't make much sense for the team to do well. ⩩ make threads to keep all your conversations organized ex. "discussion" "stats" "intro ideas" (not required but can make keeping track of everything easier). ⩩ please be aware that not everyone is on the same time zone! if you're zooming ahead and realize that some people haven't said anything, maybe slow down and wait for them ^^ ⩩ songs have been provided! you can pick the stage but it must be from an official music show (mcountdown, inkigayo, music bank, etc.). no festivals or anything not from an official music show!
