Sirius was given permission to meet his son. When he came out of Grubmawk's office, he saw Dumbledore waiting for him. The moment he met the old headmaster, he felt like hexing that man into oblivion, but he had to control himself. He didn't want to get a one way ticket to Azkaban. He then slowly moved towards Dumbledore. 'Sirius I have a very unfortunate news.', started Dumbledore. When Sirius scrunched his eyebrows, Dumbledore sighed and spoke again. His sorrowful tone made Sirius uneasy. 'Two years back, on that same fated night, The Longbottoms were also attacked Sirius.', Sirius was shocked with this piece of information. What he couldn't understand was why on Earth did those death nibblers attack them. 'Oh MERLIN! What do you mean? Why were they attacked? Are they ok?', exclaimed a shell shocked, extremely confused Sirius. 'Well Voldemort had his target on two little kids. One is Harry and the other is Mr. Longbottom. And it was the Lestranges that attacked the Longbottoms.'Sirius paled at this. It could mean only one thing, his batshit piece of junk cousin Bellatrix attacked them. When Sirius looked at Dumbledore for confirmation, the age old wizard slightly nodded his head.
'What happened to Frank and Alice, and Neville? And what about Augusta?', Sirius questioned in a trembling voice. Frank and Alice were good friends of marauders. They all fought together against Voldemort.  
Dumbledore sighed and spoke in a dejected tone.'Bellatrix Lestrange held Alice under the cruciatus when I reached there. Frank was fighting with the Lestrange brothers. Augusta was fighting with Walden Macnair. We were able to hold them off, and also Bellatrix was killed that day.' Sirius felt extremely happy when he heard the last few words of Dumbledore. He felt like hugging the daylights out of Dumbledore, but then he remembered what that piece of shit did before dying. The cruciatus on Alice Longbottom. 'Is Alice ok now? She wasn't exposed to the torture for too long right?' asked Sirius. 'She fought for two years Sirius and now she has decided to move into her next great adventure!', Dumbledore confessed very slowly.
Sirius once again was floored. He can't believe that once again, another little kid had to lose his mother, the motherly love, care and nurture because of that noseless bastard. He mentally reminded himself to take Harry to the Potter Manor, and then to take him to the Longbottom manor as he knew Neville Longbottom is non other than Harry's God brother. 
Their deep thoughts were disrupted by a kind, voice. 'Are you little Harry's guardian, Sirius Black?', at the mention of Harry's name Sirius snapped back to reality and looked at the kind looking female goblin in shock. He has never heard a goblin speak this kindly in his 23 years of life. 
Dumbledore recognized the goblin as healer Peiyax. He turned to Sirius who was looking at the little female goblin with wide eyes, probably due to her kind voice. He nudged Sirius and spoke,'Sirius this is chief Goblin Healer Peiyax. She is one of the four healers who healed harry and restored his magical core.' Sirius looked so grateful, that he got teary eyed and went on his knees, profusely thanking the kind goblin.
'Oh! Hush Lord Black, it is our duty to safeguard lives, especially little babies', spoke Peiyax. Her tone held a motherly embrace that made Sirius feel like everything is going to be ok. 'Now come along Lord Black, your son is waiting for you!', exclaimed Peiyax. He hesitated for a moment. When Peiyax turned towards Sirius with questioning eyes 'Healer Peiyax, is my son ok? Is he healed now? Did he ask about me? What if he doesn't remember me', Sirius rambled and gasped. 'He is completely fine now Lord Black. Trust me when I say that he is one energetic baby. More than half of the goblins in Gringotts takes turns in visiting hime, you know. That little troublemaker has them curled in his pinky finger.', Sirius had a wide goofy grin when he heard this. Peiyax then continued,'After the horcrux was removed from his scar his magical core was expanding very fast, in an alarming rate if I might add. Then the snake that is always with him, controlled the expansion and healing of his magic and magical core in an even rate.' Sirius' eyes widened at that. A s-snake?? thought Sirius. 'Now Lord Black, are you ready to meet your son?', questioned Peiyax. 'Yes, Yes! Please lead me towards the chamber kind healer', requested Sirius.
