Intermission III - The Eastern Situation

                                    

                                          

The Conference of the Countries on the East, simply the Eastern Countries Conferences, is an annual conference held by the countries outside the civilized area. These countries can also include those in the Phillades and those in civilized areas that are willing to join this conference.
It is uncertain to number the countries that are attending this conference, as the numbers could change each year depending on how many countries are attending and how many are not.
This year's conference was held in Qua-Toyne. The Principality of Qua-Toyne is honored to be the host of the conference and has everything ready for the conference after being postponed for two years.
The rapid development and advancement of Qua-Toyne gave a shock to each ambassador and representatives and their diplomats at how far Qua-Toyne has come. A railway to the conference building has been constructed with a special locomotive operated on that railway, thus providing a much faster and more comfortable journey of the ambassadors, the diplomats, and the representatives to the conference building.
The special conference building is located on the outskirts of the city. A Greco-Roman structure that has stood and been preserved well for decades is the location of the conference.
The building has been used multiple times for the conference; however, now the structure has been renovated and has been equipped with gas lights system for more natural and traditional looks.
The broken structures of the building have been repaired thanks to the much more modern equipment. And some additions, like a road and a small parking lot, have been added.
The conference chambers are much enclosed to prevent rain and cold wind from entering and to add comfort inside by purchasing good-quality chairs. 
The conference building has also been named the "Grand Alxia Conference Building," named after Prince Alxia IV, who ordered the construction of this building.
Today's yearly Eastern Countries Conference is very well prepared and arguably the best of the rest.

The conference chamber is surely filled with diplomats and representatives of various countries. In the middle of the conference chamber is a round table, with eight chairs reserved for the members of the conference.
The today's conference members were:
 • Kingdom of Awan
 • Shogunate of Fenn
 • Kingdom of Mao
 • Kingdom of Qualia
 • Principality of Qua-Toyne (host)
 • Kingdom of Topa
 Overall, seven countries attended the conference, with one reserved for Altarus, which the kingdom could not attend because of the war raged in their homeland.
The chamber is filled with whispers from the present representatives and diplomats. They were then silenced by the Qua-Toynian diplomat's voice.
"ORDER! ORDER!" Shout Yugao, who has been honored to be the host of the conference and representative of Qua-Toyne.
The chamber went silenced and began to focused on the round table.
Yugao then cleared his throat and continue.
"Gentlemen. On behalf of my country, I extend a warm welcome to each and every one of you attending the annual Eastern Countries Conference." Yugao addressed.
