A little bit over a year had passed since Sal and (y/n) had started to date. The two, now in their final year of high school, were basically just gliding through it as if it were nothing. Ghost activity was sort of slowing down, which also meant less cult activity.

As April was drawing to a close, prom season was just around the corner. Nockfell prom wasn't anything big, it was held in the school gym and just had the addition of 'fancy' tables and a DJ that played the worst music ever. But that didn't mean it wasn't a big event, you only ever have one prom.

(y/n) was honestly just think when prom time rolled around that her and her friends would just show up, crash the place and then leave to go raid some poor convenience store before binge-watching movies. So her plans changed when Sally and her started to date, so now maybe they just might go together. Then again, it is her friends so who knows.

As the final bell rang at the end of the day, students hopped out of their seats with joy as the grueling school day was done. The halls beginning to flood with people eager to get out as quickly as possible.

(y/n) was the last one to leave, being greeted with the joyful sight of her boyfriend, Sal. A smile broke onto her face as she leaned in a gave a little peck on the cheek of his mask.

"Someone's happy today," He said, they hands interlocking together.

"Well each end of the school day means one day closer to graduation!" She said.

Sal playfully rolled his eyes, the two stopping at their lockers. Ash and Larry were there, the two immediately making kissing noises to tease the two.

"Oh, Sal! Every time I see you makes me weak in the knees!" Larry said in an overly girly voice, impersonating (y/n).

This time she rolled her eyes before opening her locker, "I do not sound like that."

"Wait, do I?"

This earned laughs from them, she finally smiled and began laughing along with them. (y/n) shut her locker closed, before they all began making their way towards the school's exit. They then passed a poster that was advertising the prom, catching Sal's attention for a good second.

'Right, prom.' He thought to himself before continuing onwards with everyone.

"Uh, hey. What's going on with prom?" He asked them.
