*Izuku POV : Next day*
"Neo! Hurry up, you need to get to school! You are normally up by now, and I know that as you work at MY favourite cafe!"
I groaned and sat up. I had spent the night on the sofa of Aizawa's house as Nezu hadn't been able to move me into the dorm the night before due to the teachers' dorms being rebuilt. It was strange being here as I knew that Aizawa had a house as he had spoke to me a few years ago about moving in with his husband, but I never thought I would be living there aswell. I stood up and stretched.
"Good morning, Mr. Neo!"
"Morning Eri.. and you don't have to call me, Mister, you know.. I am now your adopted brother.."
"Oh yeah! I have anoughter, brother!!"
She ran up to me and kneeled down, hugging her.
"Dad, put your uniform over there, brother! He also said that there is a present for you."
I thanked her and stood up. She grabbed onto my hand and guided me to the kitchen. 
"Glad you're up, Neo.. eat your breakfast quickly, then get dressed."
"You don't need to call me Neo in private if you don't want to. Just around pupils. I don't care about the teachers and heroes knowing who I am."
He nodded and took a sip of coffee. 
"Damn, Hizashi, WAKE UP!"
I sat at the table and pulled a plate of toast towards me. I nibbled at the corner of my toast and opened my phone. I was received with about fifty messages from Himiko, Touya, Keigo , and Shinso.
"Hey Eri? Where's Shinso?"
"He is staying at the dorms! He wasn't sure if people wanted to know that you are now adopted by Aizawa and didn't want to act suspicious!"
She took a bit of toast from my plate, stuffed it in her mouth before running to Hizashi and hugging him around the middle. I smiled and ate the rest of my toast. I scrolled through my messages and told Himiko that I would text her when I arrived at UA. I pulled out the chain from my neck and opened the locket. I rubbed the glass over the picture before putting it back. I stood up and put my plate in the sink. I greeted Hizashi good morning before picking up my uniform and going to the bathroom and changing. 
Fifteen minutes later, I was waiting by the door for Aizawa, Hizashi, and Eri. My uniform was plain. Grey blazer, red tie, white shirt, green trousers. I slung an old rucksack over my shoulder and dumped my notebook, pencil case, and costume in my bag. I thought I would play a prank on my class thinking that the vigalante had broken into the school grounds as I heard Aizawa saying about training today with his class. Nezu had given me my timetable the night before, showing that I was in Class-1A and I would receive my books today. I was also told that Aizawa had a habit of just doing random training sessions as well as the set ones. I smiled slightly. For nearly twelve hours, I had been an Aizawa, yet I kept forgetting. 
"Right, Izuku, let's get going. Sorry for the wait."
"No worries, Aizawa.. uh- ErasureHead..."
I stumbled over my words, going slightly red.
"Call me what you want. I don't really care.. whatever makes you feel comfortable.."
I nodded and readjusted my rucksack. Eri ran up to me, wearing a little red dress.
"Do I look pretty?"
"Very pretty, Eri!"
"You look beautiful, my child."
It was unusual hearing Aizawa be so kind to people. I chuckled slightly and then opened the door. Eri ran ahead of me towards the car, laughing joyously. I smiled and ran after her.
*Skip to when they are outside Class IA classroom at UA, they have dropped of Eri and Hizashi's parents' house*
"Neo, wait out here until I call you in.. oh, I forgot to give this to you!"
Aizawa pulled out a small box that I had seen on the counter this morning. It was a white box with glitter on it. I raised an eye brow.
"Eri wanted to decorate it. Open it up then."
He smiled at me as I pulled off the lid. Inside sat a small hearing aid, no bigger than an air-pod. A smile spread across my lips.
"Thank you.."
He patted my shoulder, still smiling. I don't know why, but I just had an impulse. I moved suddenly and hugged him tightly, whispering thank you again and again. He hugged my back and then let go. 
"You're welcome, Neo. Now let me introduce you to the class.. you should be able to hear fully with that."
He tapped the box that was still in my hand. Smiling, he opened the door and then shut it again behind him. I could hear muffled talking behind the door as I put in the hearing aid. All the noises heightened suddenly, surprising me. It was all so much clearer than before. I shook my head, trying to remove all the fuzziness.
The door opened.
"You can come in now."
I nodded and thanked Aizawa.
