(Y/N): (voiceover) Hi there. I haven't done a voiceover in a long time. To be honest, the past few chapters have been only me doing voiceovers in the end. I'll make sure to do more of those. Anyway, it has been a couple of days since that whole heist incident with Lex and my dates with Selina, Leslie, and Doris. Clearly, he was up to something. I don't know what it is, but I know it's not good. But today isn't about that. Today is about having a day off from being the hero, and this time, I finally get to go to the Beach House Barbi had told me about.
We then transition to you and the girls fighting a bunch of criminals in Metropolis.
(Y/N): (voiceover) You see, I've been fighting crime nonstop lately, along with Babs, Kara, Karen, Jessica, Zee, Diana, and Barbi. Although, I've been pushing it more than the others have. Fight after fight, I was tiring myself out.
We go through a montage of you getting more tired after every fight.
(Y/N): (voiceover) I couldn't keep up with the crime-fighting. It was just nonstop.
The Next Day
You were still out and about crime-fighting, while the girls were at home. Diana was still at your house and she was helping Lena with a homework assignment.
Lena: Thank you again for your assistance, Diana.
Diana: Lena, it is the least I can do. After all, I am with your adoptive father.
Just then, you walk through the door. You were pretty much tired and panting. Then you fall down and lie there. Diana and Lena hear this from the other room. They rush over to you and see you collapsed on the floor. Diana then walks over and rubs your head.
Diana: (Y/N), are you alright?
You then slowly get up and try to sit down on the couch.
(Y/N): (heavy breathing) I-I-I-I'm ok. I'm... just... exhausted.
Diana then places her hand on your forehead. She feels how sweaty it is.
Diana: You feel sweaty, and you look tired.
She notices the bags under your eyes.
Diana: Have you not been sleeping?
(Y/N): I barely sleep. I can barely keep up with this.
You then try to get up, but you struggle to. Diana then sits you back down.
Diana: (Y/N), you need to rest. Me and the girls don't want to see you like this.
(Y/N): (heavy breathing) D, I'm fine. I just... need to...
As you continue to get up, you fall over exhausted. Luckily, Diana caught you before you hit the ground.
Diana: That's it. I'm getting you to bed.
She then carries you up to your room. When you, Diana, and Lena get upstairs into your room, Diana places you on your bed.
Diana: There. That should help you feel better.
(Y/N): Thanks... D.
You then close your eyes and go to sleep. Diana watches as you sleep peacefully. She then takes Lena and walks her out of the room. Diana closes the door.
Diana: My, your father is really exhausted.
Lena: I've never seen Dad work this hard.
Diana: Me neither. He's really been going hard with himself lately.
Lena: Yeah. He doesn't take any breaks. I wish there was something he could do to stop from crime-fighting
Diana was then thinking of a way to help.
