We were in third block and today was just a free day. Mrs. Flores didn't feel like teaching so she put on a movie and let up group up and talk quietly. Not causing a lot of noise so the dean or anyone might come in
"Soo what you doin?" Lani asked me
"I think I'll just stay home, buy my own apartment when I go into college" I said
"I think that's good, so like yall don't argue then break up and shit" Faith spoke up
"Yea" Hope chimed in
"So what we wearing for Halloween" I asked
"I wanna do something slutty" Faith smiled
"Oh Lord here we go again" Hope rolled her eyes
"Hey, sorry to interrupt you. But I saw your hair page and I was wondering when you were free" A girl came and asked me
"Uhhh, dm me on ig I should be free friday" I smiled
"Ok, I'm Nicki by the way" She waved at the other girls
Nicki walked away and went back to her table and I saw Hope eye Kehlani then turn back to me
"She looks nice" I said
"Mm she a hoe." Faith said
"Oh.." I made the yikes face
The lunch bell rung and everyone got up leaving the room and making the way to the cafeteria. I went to go sit down at our table while the other three went to get their lunch. I scrolled on my phone looking at my schedule for this week to see whose hair I had to do.
I only had two clients this week but making it three if I do Nicki's hair. While scrolling I was interrupted by Lani, Hope, Faith, Ryah, Jay, and Meir sitting down.
"wassup nigga" Meir hit my arm
"Stop hitting me" I looked at him
Jay said Hi to me and I waved. I was starting to feel guilty for what I did with him last time I saw him. And him getting jumped in a gang just made me upset.
"I think I know who we can dress as for Halloween" I looked at the girls
