"Sasori... is she..." Nagato didn't dare finish the thought.
Sasori placed two shaky fingers on Aiko's neck. His eyes widened. "She's alive. Her pulse is weak, but she's alive." The Akatsuki breathed in relief. "We have to get her to a hospital though, and fast. Or she seriously won't make it."
Nagato thought for a moment. His head perked up. "I know a place."
"It better not be this sh*tty place," Hidan growled. "The Hidden Cloud just f*cking caused all this!"
"No," Nagato replied. "It's not here. It's a distance away, but I know they'll help. Deidara—"
"I know, hm," Deidara interrupted and made a handsign as he threw a small lay figure into the air. The figure expanded to form a clay dragon.
"Hidan, pick her up carefully and place her on the dragon," Nagato ordered.
"Alright," Hidan answered and did as he was told. Once Aiko was on the dragon and secured, the rest of the members climbed on.
"So, where is this place we're going hm?" Deidara asked as the dragon flapped its wings and took to the sky.
"The Hidden Leaf."

The dragon landed among the trees in the forest and the Akatsuki jumped off. Hidan picked Aiko up bridal style and carefully slid off the dragon.
"What makes you think they won't attack us?" he asked as they ran toward the entrance of the Hidden Leaf.
"I don't know," Nagato answered. They saw the gates to the Leaf come into view. Three figures stood at the entrance; a blonde, a pinkette, and a silver hair. "Naruto!"
Naruto turned at the sound of his name. Sakura and Kakashi followed his gaze. Naruto's eyes widened. "Nagato?"
Nagato and the rest of the Akatsuki stopped before the three Leaf ninja. "Naruto, we need your help."
"With what?" the blonde jinchuuriki asked. He glanced around at the rest of the Akatsuki members and his eyes widened once they landed on the girl in a silver haired man's arms. "Aiko..."
"She's in delicate condition right now," Sasori informed. "I'm not able to treat to this wound..."
Sakura moved closer, being mindful that now she was surrounded by S-ranked criminals, and placed her hand over a bloody rag on Aiko's stomach. Her hand glowed green and she frowned.
"We'll have to take her to emergencies," she said and turned toward Kakashi. "Kakashi sensei, can you help us get to the hospital?"
The silver haired jonin nodded. "Yes, but let's go. Aiko needs immediate help."
"Naruto, infor—"
"Inform Grandma Tsunade, got it!" Naruto cut in and jumped away.
Sakura turned back to the Akatsuki. "Follow me."
They nodded and followed her into the Hidden Leaf. The gate guards, whom Kakuzu recognized, looked up. Their eyes widened but they said nothing as the Akatsuki, Sakura, and Kakashi ran into the Hidden Leaf.
Izumo turned toward Kotetsu. "Did you see what I saw?"
"The Akatsuki? Yes," Kotetsu answered.
Izumo shook his head. "No! The Akatsuki girl! She was injured!"
"Yeah, I saw that too," Kotetsu answered. Both knew that was the reason they didn't do anything to stop the Akatsuki from entering the Hidden Leaf.
