"That was...wow!" Maloi exclaimed a little too loud that made Aiah jolt back to reality. "Kaya naman pala hulog na hulog ka Aiah eh!"

Aiah stole a glance at Mikha, who was now surrounded by their friends, their praise washing over her like a wave.

As the night wore on and the effects of the drinks continued to blur the edges of reality, Aiah found herself drawn further into Mikha's orbit. The warmth of Mikha's hand against hers felt electrifying, sending a jolt of awareness through Aiah's intoxicated senses. Mikha's song echoed in her mind, each lyric a shard of truth piercing through the carefully constructed walls of their fake relationship.

Suddenly, a wave of dizziness hit Aiah when she stood up to go to the bathroom.

"Aiah? You okay?" Jhoanna's voice cut through the haze.

Aiah tried to nod, but the room lurched again. Before she could protest, a strong arm steadied her--Mikha.

"Looks like someone's had a bit too much fun," Mikha teased, her voice laced with concern despite the playful words.

"You have such a beautiful voice," she murmured towards Mikha, her words slurred slightly as she struggled to maintain her composure.

"SIMP!" Sheena teased.

Jhoanna handed her a glass of water, "Drink this please."

Aiah accepted and downed the water in seconds, "Thanks, J!" she said smiling at her ex.

The interaction annoyed Mikha, she was there beside Aiah, the girl just complimented her not even 5 minutes ago and yet she's back pining over her ex. But then again she agreed to be a pawn in this situation right? She even volunteered and allowed Aiah to use her to get Jhoanna back.

"Feeling better?" Mikha asked the older girl as she guided her back to her seat.

Aiah could smell the faint scent of sea salt and something citrusy that belonged to Mikha's shampoo.

"I think I need some air," Aiah slurred.

Using all her strength, she moved away from Mikha and the group. Mikha tried to follow her but Gwen was quick to stop her. "She'll be okay. Hayaan mo muna."

Aiah felt a sense of relief after using the restroom, yet the turmoil of conflicting emotions persisted. Gazing at her reflection in the mirror, she couldn't help but question herself, "What was that? Kinikilig ba ako kay Mikhs? No...hindi pwede."

Jhoanna waited outside the restroom as Aiah emerged, holding out a small packet. "Just wanted to give you this. Sigurado akong masakit ulo mo bukas," she said, offering an aspirin.

Aiah accepted the aspirin, "Thanks, but why are you doing this?" she asked, her frustration evident. She knew she had yet to confront the complexities of her feelings, compounded by the charade that had originated from her desperate attempt to win back Jhoanna.

"You took care of me when I hurt myself. Hindi naman siguro magseselos ang girlfriend mo kung bumabawi lang ako," Jhoanna said, her expression unreadable.

From Mikha's point of view, it looked like the two were holding hands as Aiah accepted the medicine from Jho. "Great," she whispered.

"Tapatin mo nga ako Mikhs, laro pa ba to o seryoso na?" beside her Gwen was watching the whole thing with concerned eyes.

"Maybe I should've considered other options to save Haru noh, Gwen," she said taking a sip from her beer.

"Or maybe... do something about what you're feeling tonight and worry about it tomorrow," her bestfriend answered.

"What if I regret it?"
