"I wanna check up on your shoulder." Callie said, walking up to Mila at the nurses station she is stood at writing charts.
"Why? I've already done multiple surgeries." Mila said.
"I know, i just want to make sure nothing else has happened to your shoulder." Callie said.
"What? Just like the time you failed to notice the sprain to my Acromioclavicular ligament?" Mila questioned, not looking up from the charts.
"How long are you going to hold this against me? It was easy to miss, it was a mistake." Callie sighed.
"A mistake that could have costed me my whole career." Mila scoffed. 
"Look, i'm sorry, okay? I should have paid more attention to your scans and your progress but with everything going on i-i guess i just pushed your case to the back of my mind and i shouldn't have done." Callie said.
"Is this you telling me that you can't be a surgeon whilst trying to help your wife, look after your daughter, fix Dereks hand and my shoulder and whatever else is going on?" Mila asked. 
"N-No. Mila-" Callie paused.
"You can do whatever scans that you want but i'm checking them and so is one of the interns because anything like that mistake cannot happen again." Mila said.
"Mila-" Callie sighed as Mila walked away from her.

"Edwards, you free?" Mila asked.
"Yes." Stephanie nodded, finishing her last chart.
"Okay, good. Come with me." Mila said, leading her into the scan room to wait for Callie to come back with her scans.
"What are we doing?" Stephanie asked.
"When Torres brings my scans we're gonna look at them. And i mean look at them." Mila said.

"Hunt, i'm picking my kid up from school and going home." Mila said, walking past Owen at he stood at the surgical board.
She had her scans taken and looked at by three surgeons and an intern and everything seemed perfect but Mila didn't feel up to working.
She wasn't supposed to be in today but she wanted to work rather than spend the day by herself.
"What? You can't leave." Owen said, chasing after Mila.
"Yes i can, i wasn't suppose to be in today, i just came in because i didn't want to sit in an empty house alone with just my thoughts." Mila said.
"Pierce-" Owen got cut off.
"If you make me stay here, i'm going to start throwing hands and we both don't want nor need that to happen so i am leaving to get my daughter and going home and you can't stop me." Mila shoved past him.
"I want you in next shift!" Owen called after her.
