Frieza.
Frieza (フリーザ Furīza, lit. "Freeza") is a major antagonist in the Dragon Ball franchise. He is the descendant of Chilled, the youngest son of King Cold, the younger brother of Cooler and the father of Kuriza.
Inheriting his father's imperialist army and rising to power as the emperor of Universe 7 at a young age, Frieza quickly established himself as a ruthless tyrant, feared across the universe for his unparalleled cruelty and power. Ever since his invasion of Namek, Frieza has been the series' most recurring villain, clashing with his archnemesis Goku and his allies on several occasions, becoming even more powerful every time.
Frieza is primarily responsible for the Genocide of the Saiyans and serves as the main antagonist of the overarching Frieza and Golden Frieza sagas, as well as a villainous protagonist during the Universe Survival Saga.

Goku Black/Zamasu.
Goku Black (ゴクウブラック Gokū Burakku), also known as Zamasu (ザマス Zamasu), though usually referred to as Black (ブラック Burakku), is an alternate incarnation of Zamasu and a former North Kai and Supreme Kai apprentice serving his former master Gowasu from the unaltered main timeline within Universe 10. He serves as the main antagonist of the "Future" Trunks Saga of Dragon Ball Super.
Black visited Universe 6, went to the Super Dragon Balls from the unaltered main timeline within that universe, summoned Super Shenron from said timeline, wished to switch bodies with Goku from the unaltered main timeline within Universe 7, and Super Shenron granted Goku Black's wish. Goku Black sought to destroy all mortals alongside Future Zamasu, an alternate counterpart of him.
Frieza: "Aah, (Y/N)...my old friend." He said to (Y/N).
(Y/N): "What's up, Frieza and Zamasu....you two came right on the time...so...how's it going?" He asked the two of them.

Goku Black: "Tch, fine.~" He said to him and then he was taken a seat over there and along with Frieza was do the same thing too and here comes the two of them were take their own seat by themselves and they were relaxing in the chairs by themselves. Then (Y/N) was explaining to them about the detail of these creatures may appeared in somewhere on this town and he look at his friends and he told them to came here right away and which they both are and (Y/N) want them to explain the whole things about what happened.
When they listening the six teenager's stories and this make them understand about what these creatures out there and they are called was 'Phantoms' and then they want them to understand about these mindless creatures remind of zombies...yep...freaking zombies for what they were experience about it.
(Y/N): "Now then...you know the rules about it...if we search and find Vecna...I want his head on the box." He said to them and make them nod their heads.
(Y/N): "We are going to clear out these freaking Phantoms out there in this world and some creatures were may appeared on that haunted house...and we need to destroying them all before they are gonna attack innocent." He said to them and this make them nod their heads.
(Y/N): "As for what we really are....We don't need heroes...we are the only monsters for what the world need about.~" He said to them with a happy smirk on his face and they have the same thing too.
