~~Jaiveer~~
After the successful launch of the mobile into the market and also after making sure that there were no problems in smooth marketing of the product, Papa declared a three days off for our entire team and I hadn't delayed in booking tickets for going on a vacation with my wife and son. Advika smacked my head for booking the tickets without informing her in advance so that she can reschedule her work but even then she was happy for our little vacation. So here we are… in Ooty for three days. Coming here has filled me with immense joy because this is the first time to go somewhere with Advika and Adiraj. Now I can have them entirely by myself.
–Day 1–
Stretching my muscles, I lazily opened my eyes and glanced at the clock. It read 9 in the morning. Climbing down the bed, I walked towards the windows and opened the curtains. Bright warm sunlight poured in, lightening the room. I walked back to bed to notice that Adiraj and Advi are still sleeping soundly. Bedding down, I kissed Advi's cheek. No movement in her. Chuckling, I kissed her cheek hard this time. This made her eyes flutter open. Looking up at me sleepily she smiled, “Good morning.”
“Morning.” I kissed the tip of her nose.
“What time is it?” She asked, sitting up straight.
“9 in the morning.”
“Then why didn't he wake up yet?” She asked, looking down at Adiraj.
“He actually woke up early. I put him back to sleep.”
Her mouth formed a little O, “Can you order some breakfast? He must be famished by now. I'll wash him up in the meantime.” She said while pulling up her messy morning hair into a bun. Clad in that wrinkled night dress of hers, just out of bed look and that messy hair… She still looks beautiful. Gripping the back of her neck I pulled her in for a kiss.
She immediately pushed me away, “I didn't wash up myself. Go and look after that breakfast.” She stood up while patting Adiraj to wake up.
And that's how we have spent the day. Ordering breakfast, lunch and dinner too into the room. We spent it by lazing around in the room. Playing with Adiraj, gossiping on unnecessary things and watching trending things on the net. We hadn't set our foot outside the room the entire day.
Later at night after Adiraj slept, Advi and I sat on the little couch in the balcony with my hands around her, staring at the starry sky. It's not winter completely but the temperature here is cool. So, I drapped a blanket around us. Our little snuggle here is giving me enough warmth though.
“They say that dead people will become stars. Do you believe that?” Advi asked, turning towards me.
“I do.” I said. Robin too might have become a star. The brightest star. Isn't it? Or has he already taken another birth? If not, will he be born again to us? If Advi and I have kids? We never actually spoke about kids. Well, forget about kids. We never actually spoke anything about us. Just now we are slowly becoming comfortable around each other. So, let's think about kids later.
“How did you meet her?” Advi asked all of a sudden. I don't need to ask whom she is referring to, “Do you really want to know?” I asked in return.
Advi nodded, “I want you to be able to freely converse about her with me. Just like how I freely speak about Viraj. I hope it will slowly clear the knot that formed in your heart.”
I smiled and started narrating about my first encounter with Akki.
“On a serious note… did you guys fight on anything? Rendering your break up?” Advi asked once I stopped talking.
