Hi all! It's been a while, huh? I hope you all are doing well.
I just wanted to update you all on how I'm doing. I'm sure you've all noticed that I haven't updated this story in about a year. I can't believe it's been that long. It feels like it's only been a few months. But it's been almost a year.
I'm going to get real with you all for a moment. In case you haven't read my latest update on my page, I have been going through a lot the past year. My parents are both having health issues. I quit my job that I've had for five years to work for a better company. A job that I'm happy to have left but also sad because I lost what felt like a second family. I lost a few friends, including my best friend because she was toxic for me. I've been dealing with depression and anxiety. I often times just want to lay around and do nothing. I get suicidal ideation a lot of the time. I take medication for it, which hasn't been helping lately.
I've been abusing alcohol to cope with my problems, which has made it difficult to write. I don't feel like doing anything when I drink too much or I get hungover and don't feel like writing.
So yeah, the past year I've been going through it. But I want to start writing again. I want to entertain you all. I really do.
I'm not sure if I'm going to continue writing this story. I honestly feel like no one is even really reading this. I feel like I'm wasting my time. I feel like this isn't even a good story. But if any of you really enjoy this, if any of you really want me to continue writing this, I will. Even if it's just one or two people. Let me know. I just want to know that I'm not just writing to the void. I want to know that someone, anyone, is actually enjoying this.
I am working on another story at the moment. I want to write again. It's a Spiderman fan-fiction and I really think you all will like it. I'm putting a lot of effort into it. Writing my own villian, focusing on making a good main character. I want this to be my best story yet.
I appreciate all of your support for this story. Again, if you would like me to continue, let me know and I will finish it. It's almost done anyway.  I just wanted to update you all on my current situation.
