Chapter Fifty Seven

                                    

                                          
I woke up when I felt a foreign presence in the room. I opened my eyes slightly at the same time Dom did 
He held my hand under the blanket and closed his eyes, signalling me to be calm. I gave a discreet nod and felt the presence coming closer
By the footsteps it wasn't just one man, probably three. I tapped Dom's hand underneath the blanket and sprung up when I felt that the first guy was close enough
I punched him in the nose and snatched the gun from his hand and shot him in the head
Dom followed my actions and attacked the other two who were on his side of the bed. I threw the gun to him and he shot them dead
"Do you have any weapons stored here?" I asked him 
"In the secret room. I suspect there's more than just these three fools" he said and walked towards the bookshelf
He pulled out a book and a slight crack was heard, I watched in awe as the bookshelf rolled to the side and in its former place stood a steel door
He opened it and I saw different weapons, I know where I will be spending time from now on
I hurriedly grabbed a sharp knife and a better gun with a silencer. Dom selected some weapons for himself as well
We walked to the door silently and I opened it, I scanned the halls but no one in sight. We heard a gunshot coming from the living room 
We quietly made our way there and hid behind a wall. Taking a peep, I could see the rest of my brothers surrounded by men in black
Even though they had killed a good number of them, they were still outnumbered
Third person's pov-
Antonio though outnumbered was determined to not let what happened with his younger brothers to repeat itself
All the brothers were fighting like their lives depended on it. Even Matteo who didn't like violence showed much bravery as he fought the men. He knew why they were here and he wouldn't let them do what they did to him to his precious bambina
"Where the fuck is she?!" One of the remaining men yelled as he watched his comrades getting killed
"Tell us or I swear I will blow his fuckin brains out" he said as he caught hold of Xavier who was too busy trying to help Xander
Antonio who was pushed onto the floor by three men looked at the situation with a deep frown of worry
He can't be helpless, he was the Don, their older brother, their protector. He had to do something to put an end to all this
All this time he was worried about his sorella who luckily was not there with them
A gunshot rang across the room and the man holding Xavier dropped dead with a bullet in his head
The brothers looked in unison at their little sister who stood beside Domenico worriedly. They had been praying she wouldn't come down 
One of the six remaining guys moved towards Gabriella but was shot dead by Domenico
Antonio seeing as they were distracted, broke out of the hold of the guys holding him. He snatched a gun from them and shot them all
Gabriella shot the leader in the leg and knocked him out with her gun. They would try to get some information from him when he wakes up
"Are you guys okay?" Antonio asked his siblings who all nodded 
"I have something to tell you all" Emilio said and they all turned to look at him
