For today a longer chapter. I didn't had any time to finish this chapter yesterday so this one had to be longer.
I didn't had a lot of time to process everything that just happend since I was already late to class. Project management was up first on the agenda.
After a little sprint, we'll call it my morning exercise. I actually made it right on time. I walked in and just sinked down in a seat in the back.
"Told you we'd see each other again!" a voice exclaimed.
I turned to the side and faced none other than...Shaw. A few students glared at us for being too loud. Someone even went that far and said:
"Get a room!"
Blud we were just talking chill.
Shaw didn't seem to mind though.
"Oh hey! Didn't expect to find you here." I genuinely didn't.
"You know though that for some degrees you need courses that you don't necessarily need to take from the beginning on?" he asked and looked at me confused.
"Not really...", I said in all honesty "Wait...does that mean your year and mine are gonna have lectures together?"
"Well yes", he said still a little confused "Didn't you look that up and in general how the classes here work?"
"Maybe should have done that."
He just laughed; I looked at him, now it was my turn looking confused I then started to laugh as well. He's got quite melodic and contagious laugh I have to say and honestly I'm glad we've got class together. As long as it's him and not someone else...
A lecture and a break later
The first class wasn't very hard especially not with Shaw by my side. It felt like it was over as soon as it had started. Up next was Economics.
Once I entered the room I heard someone call out my name. It was a girl I hadn't seen before. Maybe I had but I certainly didn't know her so she's one step ahead.
"So you were Xanders seat mate?" she asked when I was next to her.
"Wouldn't necessarily say we're seat mates but yes I did sit next to him in the last class."
"Sorry if it came over the wrong way I wasn't trying to give you crap. I'm Len, his girlfriend. He told me about you but I hadn't gotten the chance to meet you untile now" she smiled at me.
"Oh! No I'm sorry! Sometimes I just seem p*ssed even if I ain't so your good", I laughed. Awkward. "But uhm nice to meet you...you got yourself a good one I'd say."
TF was that! Just shut up Mel. She did not ask.
She raised an eyebrow and then laughed.
"Yeah I do a little overprotective maybe other than that he isn't to bad I guess."
I smiled. She didn't took that personal. Thank god!
Right on cue he walked in and instantly over to us.
"Hey, nice to see you again." he said to me and smiled.
"Can only give that back."
He then sat down next to Len, gave her kiss her and put an arm loosely around her. My cue to leave.
I was about to look for a free seat somewhere when Len turned to me and said: "You can sit here with us if you want to. We don't mind."
"You sure I wouldn't wanna interfere in something."
